Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located home. A stone's throw from Åre village with its selection of restaurants and stores. Walking distance to ICA, Coop, Systembolaget, Holiday Club, Jump Yard, Åre beach, Skidbussen, Train station etc. In the summer it is about 100 meters to the beach with barbecue area and skateboard park. Approximately 800-900 meters to Åre roller coaster that takes you to the ski system. Otherwise 300-400 meters walk across the bridge to the ski bus stop plastic.

Nice, fresh apartment located by Åre square with proximity to everything. Balcony facing south. 75 meters to Ica, 150 meters to the train station. Minimum age to rent is 20 years old. Children are of course welcome in the company of adults. Rented out Sunday - Sunday, Sunday - Thursday or Thursday to Sunday. Some weeks it is only rented full weeks
