Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ardore Marina

I had a lovely stay 😊 The accommodation is spacious, clean, and above all with breathtaking views!!! Maria is a friendly and responsive host. The location of the house is accessible by walking along the side of the road, there is not really a pedestrian path, many streets are without sidewalks in the village. It is still accessible by being careful, and is worth it for its magnificent view.

The check in process and location may seem daunting, but it was perfect for exploring Sicily right off easy to take car ferry ... the rooms and balcony were clean and spacious - the view and nearby pizza was excellent for our first night - would love to stay and visit my homeland again someday!

Ondine is an absolutely pleasant host. The communication before our Journey to Capo Vaticano was great. We‘ve got all the Information in advance. We are also very grateful for recommendations in the „House Book“, we could visit a lot of places of beautiful Calabria. We also want to thank the property Manager Jack (Giacomo), he met us at the Apartment and was always available for every question. We were very happy with the House (Family of 5). Villa Sirena has everything you need for enjoyable stay: comfortable beds (!), air conditions in every room, laundry. We also enjoyed a beatiful view from a spacious Terrace. To the sea is about 3 Minutes by car. The Beach (Groticelle) is one of the most beautiful places we‘ve been. A perfect stay! This apartment in the heart of Reggio Calabria is a real gem. The location is simply unbeatable: very central, close to all the main points of interest. The apartment is brand new, modern and cared for in every detail. Every comfort is assured: air conditioners in all rooms, a dream-equipped kitchen, two impeccable bathrooms, a washing machine, a dryer, and even a charming private garden where you can relax. The hosts, Diego and Antonella, are extraordinary: kind, helpful and always attentive to every need. Their hospitality makes this apartment even more special. Don't look elsewhere! If you're planning a stay in Reggio Calabria, this is the perfect place. It deserves a lot more than 5 stars! I look forward to coming back

Great stay here. Lovely view from the square around the corner and close to everything (if you don’t mind stairs!) The shower didn’t work very well but was fine for one night!

We stayed for five days and enjoyed the incredible view of the mountains and sea from the terrace. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is important to know that there are many stairs both inside the apartment, and getting to the apartment from the parking locations. Having said that, Marco was very thoughtful in checking that the stairs would not be a problem for my elderly father. Marco also was helpful with his knowledge of the town of Grotteria. We were able to find out more about our family history and the house in which my father grew up.

Perfect location 5 minutes from the sea and Reggio Lido station, so also great for those who do not have a car for getting around. Super helpful host, who came to the rescue immediately when needed. The right place to visit the city and stay a few days.

Villa Sirena is perfection. The pictures do not do it justice. We were met by Lidia who walked our family through the space and informed us of all we needed to know to have a great week. We were a big family and there was plenty of space for all of us with spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens, and outdoor spaces. The terraces and views were unbelievable. There were fruit trees all over the property, seating on the patio, a fire pit, and even a bit of sand for the kids to play in. Patrick and Ondine were fantastic hosts and were so accommodating for the babies in our families by providing cribs and a baby gate. They were quick to respond to any concern or need. We had plenty of room in the driveway for our cars, but a warning that the road down to the villa and to the beach is tight, so be sure to rent small cars! Overall, Patrick, Ondine, & Lidia helped our family to make memories we will never forget! Don’t think twice. Buona vacanza!

Well-decorated small house equipped with almost everything you need for a short place to stay. Convenient location to reach the sea of Roccella on foot. Very friendly and responsive host.

My husband and I stayed for a week in one of the lucky apartments, one on the first floor with a terrace on which we admire the sea every day. The entire villa is well cared for in cleanliness, in the garden and in common spaces. The location is great, very close to the private beach with umbrella and deckchair included in the price and also great for visiting nearby places. Services such as ATMs, post offices, supermarkets etc. are only minutes away by car. The furniture in the apartment is a little dated but still in great condition and functional. The villa is managed by lucky and his family and everyone is busy to make sure guests are well during their stay, they are friendly and helpful... they are always ready to recommend if requested. We had a great time.

A cheerful and charming holiday home, well stocked and in excellent condition. The balcony has a magical view of the sea and coastline. The kitchen, living space and balcony are at the top, the two floors below each have a bedroom and bathroom. It is just a few steps up from the wine bars and waterfront restaurants of Chinalea, and a few steps down from the coffee bars and supermarkets of the town centre- there is also a stairway to the beach. If you want culture the Riace bronzes are 20 minutes away by train and one of the best artworks in all of Italy. Don't panic if you can't find the house straightaway, the house numbers repeat themselves for the main street, vico primo, vico secondo and so on- the locals are super friendly and will help if they see you looking confused.

Davide is a helpful host who is attentive to guests' needs. Spacious and clean apartment. Great for families and/or groups of friends. I appreciated the fact that it was on the ground floor, an important feature not to disturb the neighbors of the building. I appreciated the location where the apartment building is located less. A long climb is required to reach it. A little uncomfortable for a stroller. Very comfortable parking space.
