Fantastic stay a Catherine’s. House is spacious and comfortable and was spotless upon arrival. Great location. Easily walkable to Main St. with its many bars, restaurants and coffee shops. And an easy walk to the train to downtown Philly. Parking is a bit of an issue if you have more than one car, but we always managed to find a spot within walking distance. Our family had a great time here. Would definitely book it again!

Overall very nice place to stay. Convenient location near to Bryn Mawr College and downtown. The apartment was clean and comfy. Dave was very responsive whenever we needed help and responded almost immediately, which was especially helpful when my 18-yo daughter got locked inside her bedroom accidentally (the lock on the door probably should be replaced). Dave coached us over the phone on how the gently jimmy the door without breaking anything.

This is my third time at Jesse's place and definitely not the last. The location is perfect, close to everything Philly has to offer. The space is perfect for reaxing after a long day wandering the old city and there are plenty of great places to have a drink and a bite to eat. The room is clean, quiet, private and comfortable and Jesse is a great host. I can't recommend it enough.

I enjoyed very much Jerry Luke house / duplex . Although only went to sleep mostly it was very peaceful . Definitely recommend this house if anyone wants comfort and peace and accessible to the historic district . Fell very blessed to have a 3 day stay in someone else’s house that felt like my own . Tom is a super host. He was very responsive and always in a timely manner! His property is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained! He even had a few snacks and drinks available upon checkin. We will definitely be back and stay at Tom’s place next time we go back! Thank you Tom!!!

Cara's place was very comfortable. Loved the view from the rooftop. I would just warn the elderly that you have to climb lots of steps so if that is a struggle for you don't stay here. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay.

For this part of the city, more spacious, newer, better cleaned than many other airbnb options. Living room is on first floor and bedroom and bathroom on second, so not so many stairs as many in this area. Convenient to many parts of the city, with attractions, restaurants, bakeries, etc. Excellent communication with host team.

Everything about this stay from start to finish was perfect. What a lovely space! Clean, comfortable, wonderful location! Check-in was easy. Communication was quick and helpful. Thanks so much for a great weekend!!!
