Perfect stay. My husband and I enjoyed this little corner of paradise. Thanks to Catherine for hosting us and for her availability. The stay has barely ended and we have already booked another date.... I recommend it to all nature lovers and to all those who would like to share a moment out of time to let themselves be tempted by this enchanted break.

Quiet and bright house.

The house is lovely, well equipped, and has many options for people who love hiking like we do! Karinne was a super friendly host, even though the place has self check in, she dropped by to gift chocolates for our children for Easter. How thoughtful and caring! Surrounded by nature, with an amazing fireplace, you can’t go wrong if you need a place to relax. We made friends with two horses from the neighbors and even got briefly visited by two friendly dogs (also from neighbors, they don’t have animals in their land besides the free birds). We loved it. A few minutes by car, there are two very nice boulangeries, which we visited daily, also doable walking if the weather is good. We also drove to a walk to “la longe roche”, which provides breathtaking views from the top! Thank you for the great memories, we surely recommend this house.

This stay is recommended for those looking for nature and tranquility. The cottage is equipped with all modern comforts and located in a large domain in the middle of the nature of the Avesnois. Virginie is a very good host, always responds quickly. We had an instant holiday feeling! Thank you!

Visiting the Avesnois for a weekend by bike, the stop in Ramousies was ideal. Great stay at Sophie's and her family's place. The hosts are very welcoming and attentive. The accommodation is clean and as described. I will come back without hesitation if the opportunity arises.

Simple and warm welcome. It immediately felt like home. We slept like babies. The area is also superb and the studio is a good location to explore the area. Also, Sophie and her husband helped us very effectively to repair our bike which had technical problems. They went out of their way to find solutions to our problems. I don't know how we could have continued our trip if they hadn't been there. Recognition and gratitude to them! We'll definitely be back when we're in the area again!
