Pleasant stay in this small, comfortable home, very cute, perfectly matched our expectations!

The stay at Emilie's was extremely pleasant and relaxing. A kind welcome, discretion and great availability from Emilie. The apartment is comfortable , extremely clean, well heated, bright and very well equipped. The setting is very bucolic and really relaxing. There's no noise, no opposite. We are surprised to observe deer , rabbits and birds and at night we can look at the stars if we prefer not to lower the blinds. We pose in a place where serenity shines. Another very big thank you to Emilie and all her little family.

Caroline’s apartment is spacious, clean and well maintained, with a full range of modern appliances. It’s in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from the tram and an excellent Boulangerie (go there for breakfast) and just a few minutes more on to the Circuit de La Sarthe. Caroline was communicative and responsive throughout the booking process and welcoming during our stay. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend the apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the apartment is on a quiet street in Mortagne but easily accessible by foot to everything you need in town. The apartment is really nicely renovated and decorated, and we felt very much at home. Highly recommend staying here for anyone who is visiting le Perche!

Great stay in a spacious, clean and very pleasant accommodation. Two bathrooms and large, very convenient dressing rooms. The internet connection (fiber) works perfectly, which is rare! The setting is peaceful, surrounded by nature with activities to do indoors and outdoors depending on the weather. Hosts are very responsive, accommodating for check-in and check-out, and really kind. If I had to report a detail, there were a few hangers missing in the cabinets, but we didn't mind. Note for bikers or scooters: access is via a gravel path, a little tricky on two wheels, but nothing dramatic. I highly recommend it!

Olivier is a fantastic host and, along with the two other long-term tenants, really welcome you and make you feel right at home. There is not only breakfast in the morning, but I was also invited to join in communal suppertime every night. The bedroom is large and spacious. The area is quiet without any noise at night. Crucially, there was a locked communal bike room downstairs where I could securely keep my road bike. Location-wise, the property was only ten minutes away by bike from the main train station. Overall, a great stay.
