We welcome you to our house, which is ideal for discovering our region steeped in history (Chemin des Dames), architecture (Châteaux, Cathédrales), gastronomy (Château de Courcelles, Fére en Tardenois, Route de Champagne) and leisure (Center Parc, golf, fishing, water sports, hiking, equestrian center). Finally, we are located in the Soissons, Laon, Reims triangle south of the Aisne at the gates of Champagne and 1.5 hours from Paris. Above all, we want everyone to be comfortable.

It is independent of the house and opens onto a large garden where you can rest and have lunch while listening to the sound of the fountain and stream. You can take walks in the vineyard and in the forest. Epernay and its famous Champagne cellars are a 15-min drive away, Reims is 40 min away and Paris is 1 hour away by train.

Quiet in the countryside

Independent and spacious accommodation with unobstructed views for rent from April 1, 2024. Nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet, we bought this old farmhouse located in a green setting: pasture, pond, stream... We have fully renovated the main house and converted the barn. The exterior fittings are not finished (facade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. Located in Bouvancourt, a pretty little village near Reims (20 km).

Une place de stationnement est disponible à proximité du gîte. Location de vélos électriques possible sur demande pour découvrir la région.
