Generally The whole house has underfloor heating. In the living room there is an air source heat pump that you can use as AC/cool down the house if needed. The walls and ceiling in all rooms except the bathroom are in beautiful white brushed mountain birch and the floor in the whole house in these parts is smoked castle plank of brushed oak. Balcony: 130 square meter large terrace that is fenced. On the south side there is a dining table with 6 chairs overlooking the sea. There is also a large sofa with a table under a roof which is very much appreciated. On the west side of the terrace there is also a smaller table with two sun loungers. On the west side of the house you will also find a storage room with life jackets, games such as kubb, boules and croquet as well as barbecue etc. Entrance In the entrance hall with white marble tiles there are clothes hangers and a cleaning cabinet as well as cupboards for storage. Kitchen The lovely kitchen is fully equipped. It has everything you need to cook. The fridge/freezer has an ice maker. There is an oven and a combined oven/microwave. The beautiful bench and stone slabs are made of dekton from southern Europe. Everyday grimace In the living room you have panoramic views of the sea. There is a large sofa with coffee table, dining table with 6 chairs and 2 armchairs with a small table. In addition, a 65 inch TV and a wood stove with soapstone. Master bedroom Here you have 2 large windows facing the water. The continental bed from mio is 180 cm wide. There is a large wardrobe and a workplace with a monitor and a height-adjustable desk. Bedrooms 1 Here there is a bunk bed where the lower bed is 120 cm wide and the upper 90 cm. There is a workplace with a monitor and a height-adjustable desk. Sauna A 15 square meter sauna will be built in the winter of 2024/2025, which is expected to be completed on May 1, 2025. It is a self-contained isolated sauna overlooking the sea. The sauna will contain a 9 square meter relaxation area with a sofa bed, table and chairs that can also be used to sleep in. The walls and ceiling of the relaxation area will be in beautiful red-colored alder. In addition to the relaxation area, there will be a 6 square meter wood-fired sauna. In the sauna it will be a brown colored beautiful heat-treated aspen. Back At the back of the house there is a picturesque outhouse. Firewood storage Wood storage you can see the front of the house. It is a 10 square meter building where there are gaps between the panels for wood to be aerated. Bridge The jetty is about 30 square meters in size with a bathing ladder. On/next to the jetty there are 2 deck chairs that you can sit in and enjoy the view. The Plot The plot is about 7000 square meters in size, of which the lawn is about 1000 square meters. There are raspberry bushes, currant bushes, raspberries, apple trees, plum trees and cherries. However, the fruit trees are only a few years old and have not produced much fruit yet. At the beginning of the plot there is also a flower meadow. The private beach is about 50 meters long and it is possible to launch your own boat of the size of a steering console if you want to bring your own boat

Naturskönt i stuga vid havet

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Underbar klippstrand vid Ålands hav på fasta Ålands sydligaste udde, med Rödhamn och Nyhamn i sikte. Storslagen natur och utsikt. Klippbad i havet. SUP-bräda finns. Bekvämt med el, rinnande vatten, fiber, luftvärmepump för värme eller kyla. Ett stenkast från Herröskatans naturreservat, rik flora och utsiktstorn, vissa fästningsruiner från ryska tiden 1809−1917. Kort promenad dit eller nyttja lånecyklarna. Stadigt ”trädhus”, leksaker för ca ålder 5-10.

Rofyllda Blåkulla

Blåkulla ligger mitt på Föglö bekvämt intill landsvägen. Utanför dörren möts du av lummig grön skog. På andra sidan huset finns en stor gräsmatta för sommarens alla uteaktiviteter. Huset är charmigt inrett i retrostil och på berget utanför finns en terass med matmöblemang och utsikt över sjön. Utanför vardagsrummet finns även en veranda med sittplats under tak. På gården finns även en liten stuga (utan värme) med våningssäng där två personer kan övernatta. Dessa sovplatser räknas som extra.

Hus på sjötomt nära golfbana i Kastelholm, Åland

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas. Spela golf på Ålands golfklubb som blivit utsedd till Finlands bästa golfbana. I denna pärla bor ni ute på Åländska landsbygden omgiven av historiens vingslag och bra restauranger. 10 minuters promenad bort ligger slottet Kastelholm, friluftsmuseet Jan Karlsgården och de populära restaurangerna Smakbyn och Åland distillery. Ålands golfklubb ligger 5 min bort med bil eller på 10 min roddavstånd från huset. Båt med åror ingår. Privat brygga.

Välkommen till vår trivsamma stuga. En plats för avkoppling i lugn och naturskön miljö utan insyn. Stugan har tre sovrum och allrum/kök, perfekt för familjer eller vänner som vill spendera kvalitetstid tillsammans. Tomten är stor med gräsmatta och flera uteplatser perfekt för måltid eller avkoppling. Vid stranden finns vedeldad bastu och privat brygga. Tvåmanskajak och SUP-breda finns att låna för dem som vill utforska sjön från vattnet. Stugan ligger ca. 30 minuter från Mariehamn.

Gröna stugan med sjöutsikt

Välkommna till att koppla av i detta nyrenoverade (vintern 2026) boende vid havet i Torsholma/Brändö. Stugan ligger 50 m från klipporna och du har fri tillgång till bastu, som kan avslutas med ett dopp i havet från badstegen från bryggan. I hyran ingår lakan och handduk. Är man ett större sällskap kan man också hyra den gula stugan. Gemensamt med Gula stugan finns fiskrök, grill och lusthus. Det finns möjlighet att hyra roddbåt. Stugan ligger ca 2,5 km från Hummelholms färjfäste.

Enkel modern liten sovstuga

Upptäck den vackra natur som omger boendet. Sov en god natts sömn i sköna sängar ute i naturen i denna nybyggnda stuga. Den är endast till för övernattning, finns varken el eller vatten. Ett bekvämare sovalternativ till tält eller ombord på din båt om du är ute på äventyr. Finns ingen Enkel, fräsch och med sköna sängar men inga andra bekvämligheter förutom tak över huvudet och en fantastisk utsikt. Denna stuga kan hyras fristående eller i anslutning till huvudstugan Kittelvik.

Idylliska 1800-talstorpet med egen trädgård

Stig in i det restaurerade torpet från 1800-talet med en fantastisk historia! Här färdas ni tillbaka i tiden, där ni samtidigt bor bekvämt med både el, vatten och värme. Ni bor på gångavstånd till matbutik, post och allmän badstrand och har en busshållplats mittemot huset. Gården har gräsmatta, syrenbuskar, rosenbuskar, äppelträd och en jordkällare som hör den gamla gårdsbilden. Gott om parkering! Välkomna till den kulturhistoriska torpargården 25 min från Mariehamns centrum!

Lönnebo Lillstuga

Simple little cottage by Bomarsund area, wood-fired sauna, electricity, water. Kitchenette, seating, veranda. Lush yard with a pond, fireplace, barbecue area. Beach, cliffs by the sea, fishing water; a few hundred meters. Location by a cultural historical trail with a lookout tower. Close to ferries to the archipelago and buses to Mariehamn. Possibility to rent a bike, buy basic goods. Extra room in the house next door if needed (fee). Camping is also available.

Luftkonditionerad stuga ( nr 48 ) med naturtomt och utsikt över vattnet. Från den nybyggda terassen är det endast ca.25 meter till den egna privata bryggan. Finns en separat plats för att sjösätta sin egen båt alldeles bredvid stugan. Stranden har djupt vatten så lämpar sig för simkunniga. I stugan finns 2 sovrum, vardagsrum/kök, toalett, dusch/bastu. Stugan ligger placerad bredvid en annan stuga. Ca 3,5 km från Åva hamn Ca 21 km från Torsholma hamn.
