Not overlooked, redeveloped in July 2021, it is at the foot of the slopes (ESF, sale of packages 50 m away) and close to all shops and restaurants. Equipped with a balcony, it has unobstructed views of the forest. Winter and summer this studio has everything to ensure a great holiday. Cleaning is included in the rate.

We are ideally located in the DRC overlooking a private space with little passage . In winter you can put on shoes and store your skis on the terrace of the apartment in the boot and go skiing directly. the building is a few meters from shops, the doctor's office and restaurants, ski lessons and the kindergarten. Station without cars. Nearby.

Hélène welcomed us warmly. The apartment is new and has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend it. The shuttle, located just downstairs from the building, provides easy access to the slopes.

This is our third visit to stay at Marie-Ange's Air bnb and once again we were delighted with our stay. We have travelled from New Zealand and there are not many areas we enjoy visiting as much as Bourg StMaurice. The accommodation within a peaceful, garden setting is perfect. Parking is adjacent and the village of Orbassey is a delight to stroll around in the evening. We cannot fault any aspect of the accommodation - the nature of the layout appeals to us. It is beautifully presented and very clean. Hopefully we can return again in the future.

This one was in line with our expectations, that is to say really well (the surface of the apartment, the cleanliness, the calm, the location in the resort, the parking space. We also very much appreciated the description to arrive at the apartment which is really very complete. We highly recommend this apartment and we will be back with great pleasure.

Bourg St Maurice: Beautiful apartment 6-8 people

Very nice functional apartment, bright and spacious and very clean. The open kitchen is large with a table seating 10. The living room is just as large and very nice to meet in the evening for an aperitif. 2 balconies and many windows overlooking the snow-capped mountains. Downtown shops, pedestrian street 100 m away (very good bakery). 2 bathrooms – powder room and 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms. A 10-minute walk to the funicular where you can book your ski locker to avoid carrying them. There is a Lidl on the way which is very convenient. The Arc estate is just fabulous! We might rent this apartment again for our next winter vacation. I recommend it!

Great location off the slops and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Comfortable size for 6 of us. Plenty of kitchen stuff to make your own meals if you wanted. Great to have a boot room down stairs. Really nice spa, although did get busy around 4ish. Easy key pick up and found the apartment no problem. Would certainly come back.

We had a great time at this beautiful apartment. The place is ideal for skiing, with easy access to the Les Arcs area via Villaroger (plan a car to get there). The property is spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. We loved the wood stove and hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. All the comforts are there: every imaginable appliance is available, and the recent renovation brings a modern and spacious touch that makes the space even more pleasant. There are a few restaurants nearby, but it's best to plan to cook on site, as a car is needed to get around. In short, a wonderful stay in a superb setting. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a fantastic stay at Catherine's place. The balcony is spacious with incredible views. The kitchen had all we needed for a comfortable stay and we didn't need to buy anything extra. Two bathrooms is a joy and there is enough space to hangout, eat and enjoy all the skiing. The apartment is just next to the funicular and ski lift up the mountain. The town has a little supermarket, restaurants and a great bakery. It was easy to communicate and get the keys - 2 sets which is also very handy. Thanks for a fabulous week.
