The house was not only accommodating in the need for a stay but beds were very high quality. The neighborhood was very quiet and family friendly. Tracey was an absolute joy to work with in making this happen. We will absolutely be looking to stay again this summer!

The retro retreat was just what I needed for a little getaway with my pup. The place was peaceful, the neighbors were super friendly. I had car troubles and the host was very understanding and everyone was very supportive and incredibly kind and helpful. Other than that, it was peaceful not far from the beach, quiet. Loved the retro feel. Would stay again for sure!

This homes was amazing,beautiful and had everything you needed and more the kitchen was beautiful we had an amazing dinner and enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, we had trouble with the hot tub however, the host was accommodating and did it for us off - location, which was every helpful. The grocery store and liquor aww happen to be walking distance, which was very full.

Loved loved this house!! Very well thought out. Even provided beach chairs in case you forget yours lol The decoration was perfect for the beach mood and lots of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Thank you Goye. Hot tub was definitely a plus!!

We had a fabulous time. The place was immaculately cleaned and stocked so well with everything we needed. Having the guest house was a huge plus for some extra privacy. The outside patio area was fantastic for fishing and comfort with plenty of seating and even hammocks!! We will be back.

Yes the unit was on the parking lot side but for it's price that was fine. On the other side of building you can sit around the pool or hot tub and look out over the water. There was a long pier you can walk out on and seat and relax or fish. Overall we had a great stay and would go back again.

Marilyn's place made our Family Spring Break Vacay wonderful. The house is beautiful and spacious. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with spices and cooking equipment. The hot tub was a definite plus since Spring Break in Texas is always so unpredictable. My family and I would definitely recommend Marilyn's house to other vacationers and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Great place to stay. Our friends and family were greatly satisfied with the house. Spacious enough for a big family with teens and adults. The pier in the backyard was a focal point of entertainment for those who enjoy a little fishing time. Highly recommended. We hope to come back soon and book it for our next stay.

Enjoyed our stay. The house was very well laid out and had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

This little beach house is nice and cozy, the beds are very comfortable and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. This is the second time we have stayed here and probably will again. Close to the beach which is perfect for coming and going with younger kids that need a midday nap. The park down the road is also nice for keeping the little ones occupied.
