Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

I stayed with my partner and our two-and-a-half-year-old daughter for a long weekend at Cristy's house. We had a great time, the house is very clean, tidy and super fragrant! With the outdoor pool, it gave us a truly relaxing break. The owners were always kind and helpful, welcoming us and always answering our questions. A short distance away, you can easily reach restaurants and supermarkets. Highly recommend!!!

We were enchanted when we saw Lucia's house, especially the garden and the facilities in the garden (ping pong, pool, basketball court) were very enjoyable for my son. I liked watching the sunset in the garden the most. The house was a living house. Lucia and her assistant Natalie responded to all our needs immediately. We could easily reach Rome center and other villages with the car we rented. It was very comfortable to reach Rome in 20-25 minutes by car. It is a very enjoyable house for large families or groups of friends, especially those with children, who want to be able to reach the city easily but also want to be at home in peace and relax away from the city. If you are looking for the perfect spot for adults and kids, this villa is your place! My family and I had an amazing stay at Antonia’s villa. We had 3 families, including 5 kids aged 1 to 5. The villa is spacious, lots of room for everyone to spread out. Well equipped for children, including all the amenities you would need for young ones. The pool and lounge area overlook a breathtaking view! The animals were a big hit for the children, along with the fruit trees. Adrian brought a smile every morning bringing us fresh eggs, providing food for the animals (for the kids to feed), attending to the pool and grounds, and making sure we had everything we needed. We had Roberta cook us a 5 course meal one night, and the experience was amazing, authentic fresh Italian food enjoyed by all! Antonia is absolutely lovely, we met with her to purchase some of their olive oil. She made us feel at home and was great to communicate with! We had a dream vacation in Italy thanks to Antonia’s!

A wonderful place to stay. If you would like to be in an area of peace and quiet while still having easy access to the center of Rome, this is the place for you. The area is safe, quiet, and there is a little corner store if you need anything. The house is clean and very cute, and honestly, I wish I could have stayed longer! The thing that stood out to me the most are the hosts - they’re so kind! Sabrina’s nephew came to meet us at the train station and helped us with our luggage, and she and her daughter met us when we arrived at the home. Sabrina checked up on us throughout our stay, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this place!

We loved at stay at this beautiful place! Andrea and Chiara were wonderful hosts, responsive, helpful and very resourceful! The accommodation was spotless and perfect for our little family of four (2 adults and 2 young children). Plenty of places to eat nearby and the view of the lake is just spectacular! We wish we could have stayed longer.

Korina and Valentina were very kind and helpful. Korina made great recommendations for local restaurants (including the great gelato place around the corner). Valentina was quick to respond when we had questions. The villa was comfortable and felt like home. We would definitely stay there again should we find ourselves in Rome again.

hi Guys, we came from the USA for the festival of my City. I brought friends and family with me. I lived about 15 minutes from the house in the past so for me it was like going home. I was looking for something unique, a place that told itself , a quiet place, a place with greenery and an area to share like a football game, etc. The spaces are used very well, all comfortable. Only 35min from FCO int, and about 25min to the same. There is a train about 10 minutes away that takes you to piazzale flaminio , so you don't stress for parking, etc. There is an excellent local fraschetta 6 minutes by car, others chosen about 10 minutes away, and a large supermarket 9 minutes away. Pay attention to the road to get there at night, 2/3min there are some rises due to the roots of the trees. Silvio is very nice, so nice but very reserved (the right, not intrusive) I recommend this magical place, to family friends and couples, who want to relax and have fun (with respect) see you soon

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.

Comfortable and clean accommodation, matching the description. Area near the sea, but still quiet and peaceful. Enea, the landlord, is always available, attentive, and kind. I also took advantage of the shuttle service offered to me, which was very useful for getting around. I had a great time!

Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Wow wow wow! What a beautiful place to stay! We stayed in Letizia’s apartment for a few days and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Coming from busy Rome, this was the perfect place to slow down and unwind. The village and scenery, were stunning, just so so beautiful. Our favourite part of the day was sitting on the balcony and having breakfast with most amazing view. There’s a small beach with a pontoon a small walk away, great for swimming. Cute cafe/restaurant around the corner, great for coffee or a casual lunch/dinner. We rented a car for our time here (an absolute must in my opinion). The village has a small shop but you would need to travel to a supermarket to eat properly. Absolutely recommend this place, Letizia was also very helpful and accommodating.

Such a gem of a place! Location is not too far; accessible by metro and taxi. The host was fantastic. Loved the place and totally worth it!

Cute, slightly older, small accommodation in an extra cottage next to Claudia. She was very nice and helpful. We had a great stay and would recommend this place to anyone. The train station is a 5-minute walk and you can be in Rome in 20 minutes, so a great location of the accommodation. Thank you for the lovely stay with you :-)

This was a beautiful little apartment. Everything was perfectly decorated and spotless. We had some trouble with traffic and other delays and the hosts were amazing. They relieved a lot of stress, waited for us to arrive, warmly welcomed us into their home…. You couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Francesca and Emanuel's house is fantastic, very clean,located in a very quiet place,and with a beautiful large garden,with olive trees and flowers,completely fenced, which is very appreciated by those who travel with dogs,like us,happy for them,relax us !!! The house is well organized, it has everything you could want and even more,like,the electric broom,very useful !! Many small precautions from hosts, who immediately give a smile, (breakfast products, coffee capsules, single use x shower bags), are cuddly, really appreciated!! Close to the house,with just a few minutes by car,an endless tide of beautiful things to see. Another thing,very important,in the bed,you sleep 100 !!!!!! The host,Emanuel,friendly and always available !!! Highly recommend to everyone,this house is really perfect ! P.S. We always had lunch outside,on the table in front of the house, with the birds........

Firstly, the host was super accommodating and I really appreciated that. The property is in a quiet location, and was ideal to explore less touristic (but more authentic) surroundings with a car or explore beautiful Gerano on foot. Worked there for 1 week - internet was good and stable. Property was clean, bed was comfy, we didnt miss anything, there was nothing we didnt like. All was great!

This is one of the best Air B&Bs ever. My family needed a place to stay for one night before an early morning flight. After seeing the horrible reviews for the airport hotels I started looking at other options. Fabrizio's place is perfect! It was super clean, 2 bathrooms with showers, and 3 beds. There were snacks and water waiting for us, plus the apartment is stocked with anything you'd need to cook. The best part is that it's right on the beach - within feet from a sandwich restaurant / bar which has bathrooms and rents umbrellas and chairs. And there's a full restaurant on the next beach over (5 minute walk). Fabrizio and Annamaria responded quickly to all of my questions, allowed us to check in early due to availability and arranged for a shared shuttle to take us to the airport in the morning. Wish we could have stayed here a few days longer!
