We return to this apartment because of its great location and its facilities. We had been a week before and liked the place where it is located, with access to supermarket and park. Again everything worked great and the stay was excellent.

Marjorie is an excellent host, she took care of every last detail and waited for us a little longer than necessary because we got caught in traffic. Freddy's apartment is very nice and comfortable, it has everything you need for your days in Caracas, there was never a problem with the electricity or water, they have a water tank big enough for your days. The location is great, you have thousands of restaurants, markets, a theater, and a metro station all very close by. Freddy is an excellent host always willing to help, communication with him was great. I definitely recommend this place 100%.

The house is a very quiet place, ideal for resting and connecting with nature. You can breathe in a lot of peace and the terrace is spectacular to relax in the hammocks and listen to the sound of the birds in the morning. The WiFi works excellent. The hosts are attentive and were always available. The house is a bit far from downtown. If you don't have a car, you have to walk about 15-20 minutes to reach the pier or ask for a ride along the way.
