Everything was perfect, I was with my family and we were very comfortable, almost like at home. The village is very quiet and 5 minutes from Cuenca (which is what I was looking for), there is plenty of parking nearby. We will be back!

The accommodation is suitable for large groups of about five people, as they have several rooms and single beds. They took care of us very well at all times and were very kind.

nice big flat, good spacy area in general, good building, there is a place to park auto close on the street. it costs the price for it. you need about 40 min y foot to the center.

It was lucky to find this place, give the dates. In my case that location was phenomenal since I was very close to staying. Communication was great from the first moment we arrived. They are also people very close. I hope to repeat next year.

Oscar was super attentive, we were very comfortable in the apartment. It is beautifully decorated, faithful to the description, very clean, and was flexible with our check-in and check-out. Good instructions and he was attentive and available for anything. We would definitely repeat, the parking it offers is a 10-minute walk away, and it's really quite central to everything, we didn't have to take the car to visit the area, only to go to the shopping center. If I had to say something negative... It is true that the community is a bit of a bad role, but during the day and night there is always an atmosphere, we have not had any problems. There is a room that overlooks the street of the bars and if you sleep there it is a bit tedious because of the noise, but there is another one that is inside the apartment that is very quiet. But hey, we're super happy with our stay here!

Alberto has been a magnificent host, he explained everything along with all the information he gave us to do and what to visit in the area, telling how detailed he was with us. Highly recommended!

Pablo José as a host was exceptional, he took great with us and made us feel at home. If we go back to Zaragoza we would almost certainly repeat because it has been like staying at a friend's house. The accommodation is fine, it is a quiet area and the best part is that you can leave the car inside.

Wonderful week spent in Lisa's Casa and her family. Within the fort of Peniscola, you will enjoy the warm atmosphere of the old city, with its shops and restaurants. Everything is great. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Very new and well-kept with a large terrace. Silvia and Roberto are very helpful at all times and respond very quickly and pleasantly. Highly recommended.

We needed a place to stay in Benicassim, Spain for 3 months and we couldn't have picked a better place or asked for a better host. This top floor apartment is close to the beach, a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets, and only a 20 minute walk to Benicassim Village. It's the only apartment building on a quiet residential block. The large terrace is great for spending hours outside viewing the ocean and mountains while eating, having a drink, taking a siesta or reading. Beautiful sunrises over the sea and sunsets beyond the mountains. Everyone in the building was very nice and welcoming. We had a few requests for Alfonso and he was absolutely accommodating.

We had a great time. A very practical and cozy apartment. And the fireplace is a joy! Maite has been pending, and everything has been convenient.
