My stay was great, I spent two very quiet weeks in the apartment. The house was clean, the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of utensils, pans and appliances, a tidy room with air conditioning, rooms with a fan. In addition, we were well received by Gislaine and hostess Jackeline was very flexible with schedules and other things, also responded quickly and helped me whenever I needed it.

Great location next to a supermarket and close to Unesp, the apartment is very comfortable, you feel at home, and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe.

The apartment is very cozy and extremely clean. Very well equipped for a comfortable stay. It seems to be a newer neighborhood, in the surroundings there are many empty lots, but there is a bakery and market nearby, but it is more convenient to go by car. There is no 24-hour concierge, access is via tags and electronic gate. Air-conditioning in all rooms and a quiet place.
