It is a very beautiful place. Juan and his family are very cordial and attentive. The view of the place is magnificent, I recommend not missing the chance to go to the pier and the viewpoint. Despite being a cold place due to the location, the fireplace makes the room warm and gives it a romantic touch. In short, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and don't hesitate to stay at this place. It's a resounding yes.

It is a peaceful and quiet place, with a lot of nature around, however, if you have a small car you should be careful on the access because the car can get a little damaged underneath.

Amazing little cottage, completely private, with a view exactly as shown in the photos, it is very comfortable, quiet. Bring exactly what you need to have a nice night, we love the sauna, the bed very comfortable and the people who welcome you very friendly. Highly recommended <3

Ligia was very responsive throughout our stay and reached out to us while we were there to make sure all was good. The view is stunning and the place is surrounded by onion fields where you can see the workers and their hard work. The farm workers live underneath the AIrbnb however we were never disturbed by them. Just normal day life noise. We loved the kingsize bed, which is never easy to find. We love Lago de Tota. This was our second time in the area. It is great for cycling as the roads are pretty quiet especially on the West side of the lake. If we go back to Lago de Tota, we will stay in Ligia's place again.

The place was wonderful, just like the description, the space was very clean and organized. The pool service is very good to go with children. Gilberto and Liliana's attention was also super adequate, with constant communication and everything was very clear.

Super friendly people, the place looks new, everything was very clean, sheets, towels, the kitchen was very clean and well-equipped, ample parking for the van without problem, a few blocks away a supermarket, restaurants and shops in general.

I visited Paipa for the first time with 3 other friends and we loved Liz's apartment. It's a comfortable, cozy, clean, beautiful place. They make you want to stay there for long periods. The space is very well distributed, each room has its own clean bathroom and the amenities for sleeping and cooking are of the highest quality. It is noticeable that every detail and decoration of the apartment is designed to have an unforgettable stay. Liz and Luis are super friendly and helpful, we felt right at home and we hope to be back soon. We already recommend our friends and family to visit Paipa because it is a wonderful place with a lot to do and of course, we recommend this apartment because they are the best. Cosy, central location with a lovely balcony for having a drink in the evening. Everything you need for a great stay

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is as shown in the photos: very nice, clean, spacious, bright and with a very pleasant atmosphere. It is excellently located, close to everything: restaurants, supermarkets, the lake, an ideal boardwalk to walk and enjoy the scenery. The area is quiet, safe and perfect for walking. The apartment is very well equipped, we had absolutely everything we needed. Care is noted in every detail to make guests feel comfortable. Spacious parking, a heated pool with a great view of the lake, and although it is small, it is very nice because they control access. The host was simply spectacular: very friendly, attentive, patient and always willing to help. He responded very quickly to any concerns and made us feel right at home. We highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

What a spotless place, it is certainly one of the best places we have stayed in Paipa, it totally matches the description, it was also almost new the property. We always count on the host who was attentive to all our requirements. We got the rest we needed ☺️

We stayed at the apartment in Paipa for two nights. It's a small apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony. The space is small and I think it's just right for up to 3 people. It has a garage with vehicle elevator access. On the building's terrace, there is a small swimming pool with a sauna (extra price but reduced) and an exercise and play area. The building is within walking distance of the lake, we got around well with a vehicle so I don't know what it's like by public transport. We appreciate that the nightly rate is very competitive compared to other apartments in the same building.
