The chalet is inside a green oasis of meadow, pasture and vegetable gardens, surrounded by a dense forest of centuries-old pine trees. Ideal for those seeking tranquility, contact with themselves and nature. The view of the 4,000 Swiss mountains is breathtaking! During the winter season, in case of snowfall, you will need to park about 500 meters from the chalet, we will gladly help you with your luggage!

The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. The kitchen and bathroom were modernized in 2023. The middle floor serves as a large living and games room. A desk and WIFI convince the Digital Nomad and the large screen and projector create a cinema feeling. With water supply from the Bergbach (filtered), wood heating and solar power.
