Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Aqaba Governorate

Wadi Feynan and Gregra are really hot in the summer, and as a geologist this is a tough place to do field work. Mohammed's place was perfect for us to escape the heat and have a air-conditioned room. Also, Mohammed's English is excellent, which really helped when we had truck troubles. The accommodation is modest, three single beds in a room and a bathroom, and there are no electrical outlets besides the one for the air conditioner. But, the place was clean, and was a perfect escape from the heat. Moreover, Mohammed is a great host and willing to help with anything you need.

Layla was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions or problems. The house is ideal for a group of friends with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and common spaces inside and outside. Layla's breakfast was lovely and substantial and was varied every day of our three day stay. Layla also cooked us a meal on the day we arrived which was very welcome after a long day travelling. The location is just by the rear entrance to Petra. This means you either need your own transport or use taxis to get to the main entrance (which you must do on your first day visiting Petra to get your ticket - even if you have a Jordan Pass) or to get to restaurants. Entering Petra by the rear entrance on subsequent days is very convenient, however leaving that way does require a long climb.

The place was spacious and clean for our family of five. The beds were comfortable for a good nights rest. Some downsides were that the bathroom was small and water in shower wouldn’t drain quickly. There is also no microwave but we were happy that a washing machine was provided. The WiFi was very slow & didn’t really work until the last night when the host helped us. The host Yahya was very responsive, friendly and accommodating to our needs. Overall we had a pleasant stay! Thank you

An amazing stay We had a wonderful stay with my husband at Issa and Nadia’s home. It’s a beautiful traditional Bedouin house, very tastefully decorated. The location is right next to the city of Petra, which makes it extremely convenient. The house was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. We truly enjoyed the dinner and breakfast prepared by Ibrahim’s wife – everything was absolutely delicious and we definitely recommend trying them. Ibrahim was incredibly hospitable and friendly, and Issa and Nadia were in frequent contact with us, which we really appreciated. We also enjoyed interacting with the people of the village and felt like part of the local Bedouin community. We wholeheartedly recommend staying at Issa and Nadia’s home!

From our initial enquiry to messaging us to ask if there was anything we needed, Mohammed was always responsive and available. Space was great for our weekend family break. We were met at the entrance and had everything in the apartment explained to us upon arrival. Will look to return when the weather is a bit warmer too.

This place met my expectations and made me feel right at home on vacation. Host is super responsive and helpful I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in ayla with family and friends. Ill be looking forward to visit again soon!

It's been a pleasure staying at Nadia's place. Everything was clean and the flat is more spacious than it looks on the pictures. Small balcony has a view on residential area but it's nice to have external space. All amenities were working and host is super responsive. Thank you for having us!

Ahmad was a super host, he made for a fantastic stay for us. Unfortunately, we got sick with the food in Petra, Ahmad provided medicine and even food that made us better again. We felt very much at home in the house. The home meets all luxury and was sparkling clean. We were there with our family, and they had a great time. Large fine beds of hotel quality. Excellent air conditioning, in short a recommendation and when we come back to Petra, we know where we are staying.

A Five-Star Stay with a Wonderful Host! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Essam's place for three nights, and it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I booked, the owner was incredibly straightforward and attentive and answered all my questions promptly. The place itself was clean and very comfortable. The location is in the middle of Tala Bay and the view is wonderful. the host's kindness and flexibility were truly appreciated, especially when I needed a late checkout – he was more than happy to accommodate my request without any hesitation. Amazing location! I really enjoyed staying in Magic View apartment. The host was super friendly and helpful. I think I couldn't find a better place in Wadi Musa. And the view was really beautiful. The house was located a little bit further from the center of the city, but I didn't minde since I had a car. There was air conditioning so it was warm during chilly nights.

Apartment a bit smaller than it appears in the photos But other than that, everything is perfect. Nizar is a very welcoming host, the apartment is very clean, the bedding is of good quality. 2 minutes' drive from a very nice small supermarket. 5 minutes' drive from restaurants, 7 minutes from the Petra site. I recommend

Fantastic accommodation, unbelievable view, friendly host, delicious food in the roof-top restaurant. Wish we could stay longer…, but hopefully we will return.

I loved Adnan's place in Tala Bay! The apartment was clean and spacious, and the kitchen had all the pots, pans, and utensils I needed. The view of the sea from the roof was great, and even out the apartment was a beautiful pool view. All the pools, beaches, and restaurants in Tala Bay make it a great place to get away, and Adnan's place was perfect for getting a break from the sun or relaxing in the evening.

Location is great, but the place was two bedrooms inside a hotel room which is not described in the listing with the bathroom outside which is fine it just wasn’t expected.

The apartment was great, very clean and I felt like home immediately. The apartment away from b12 beach like 4 mins by the car and from Aqaba city 10 mins. Thank you Ahmad for your great hospitality and definitely I will rebook it again :)

The place is amazing and the location is perfect for the family, I really love it. One of the amazing things I loved in this place it is very quiet and comfy and safe So I recommend everybody to come to stay with here And abut the host he is a humble man and very gentle.
