Excellent, the place is in a good location in Managua, the residential complex is totally private, the house is exactly as it is in the photos and everything is in good condition.

We loved staying at Antonio's beautiful home. Well stocked kitchen & living room, super comfy bedrooms & the AC worked great. Great location to wander & shop and loved the dipping pool to cool off at the end of the day. The layout was great because the bedrooms were in the back away from traffic and the kitchen area is separated at the front so you can be noisy in the morning if everyone else is still sleeping!

What to say about this place, it's so quiet and so beautiful. I felt so relaxed these days, in addition to the area that is very quiet and full of nature. Nel se porto super linda and accessible xon us all the time, plus its coffee harvest is excellent. In case of traveling to Nicaragua again, we will not last to return to this place ❤️✨️

Beautiful stay and amazing hosts! Cannot recommend enough

Our stay was wonderful! The house was beautiful and situated in a central location which was great. The main living area was spacious with plenty of areas to sit and relax. Our favorite were the handmade rocking chairs. The kids loved the outdoor pool. All four bedrooms were also spacious, comfortable, and in immaculate condition. Onice provided excellent service. The staff members, Enrique and Raul were great. Excellent communication with Rocio. Granada is a gorgeous colonial city. I would highly recommend this AirBNB!

We had a great stay at María Jose’s house. It’s around a 30 minute drive from the airport. The house is located in a gated community which felt safe and upscale. Google maps led the taxi driver to a different place, so the best way to find the neighborhood is by searching “Monte Cielo residencial”. The house was large, clean, and comfortable. There were 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms in the main house, plus an additional detached bedroom and full bathroom. The beds were comfortable and clean. Every room had air conditioning and the showers had hot water. There was a full kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, and oven. The neighborhood had several restaurants and grocery stores. Overall, great stay!

Everything is very good, clean and cozy

Great Place within walking distance of the airport. Very clean and easy to find. There was an ice cold beer waiting for me, which was delicious after a 3.5 hour drive. Claudio was very helpful and responsive. Julie his assistant met me at the apartment with the keys. I will be staying here again in the future as I will be traveling in and out of Nicaragua frequently in the coming years. Thanks for the beer!!

Great spot every time!

Hey there! Just wanted to share that we had an incredible stay at Kodu apartments a couple of weeks back. The receptionist was super responsive and the house cleaners were exceptional. The place was spotless, and whenever we needed anything, it was taken care of right away. We stayed there for 8 days, and I really appreciated the security presence at the entrance. Compared to our previous stay elsewhere, Kodu Airbnb exceeded all my expectations. Our group of 5 had plenty of space with one bedroom having 2 beds and the other with one bed. The AC worked amazingly well, especially with the hot weather in Managua. Definitely planning on going back! I'd rate it a solid 10 out of 10.

The location is ideal and the security and staff are very friendly and helpful. Only mistake and it was on my part it’s that I picked an upstairs apartment and it made it difficult with our heels but that was totally me. The pool looked just so good and I love how close everything is, 100% recommend

We were so happy with our stay here. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. The groundskeeper did such an amazing job keeping the area beautiful and an extremely clean pool which we enjoyed daily. The host and cleaning staff were friendly, responsive and helpful the entire time, even through the holidays. We will definitely be back to this location, this is our #1 pick in the city. Close to everything you need and a wonderful place to enjoy. Thank you Kodu staff and security!!!
