Vacation rentals in Aoufous

We wanted to spend a night in the desert. You are in the middle of the great Sahara desert and steps from the dunes. We were provided with a great dinner. A camel ride to the dunes was special. The camels were clean, well-behaved and cared for, especially compared to other camels we saw. We liked being close to the dunes and seeing all the stars at night. The location is great as we did not want a long camel ride. A night was enough to give us the true desert experience. There was a Berber music show at night. Our host, Mohamed was great. He helped by meeting us in Erfoud and driving us to the camp. He also helped us during our entire stay and invited us to his home for lunch. Great desert experience at a great price without the effort. Definitely one of the great travel experience anywhere in the world.

Amanda's place is just amazing. From the first moment we felt very comfortable. Everything is just like (or better) than the photos: clean, comfortable and with a beautiful decor that conveys a lot of peace. You can tell that every corner is thought out fondly. Amanda is a love, always attentive to what we needed, and all the team working there equally well! Always with a smile and super willing to help. We were happy and looking forward to coming back. I booked a short trip for parents. They were very satisfied with their break to go to Merzouga.

A great stay! The place was very clean, has 2 large bedrooms and 2 living rooms and a living room and a fitted kitchen. The rooms are comfortable The location is ideal, in a very quiet neighborhood and close to the center of Errachidia. Host was very responsive and available. The accommodation is equipped with wifi I will come back without hesitation.

Amanda and her boys Mohammad (x2) and Hassan were all nice, attentive and friendly plus there were 5 dogs at the property including 2 brand new puppies they had taken in just 4 days prior to our arrival - that made our stay even more special! Super cool, very remote location far from the main road and wonderfully decorated with mini dunes within walking distance. The big dunes were about 30 mins away and we enjoyed those too. Amanda set up a private buggy ride with a guide that was an awesome experience. Highly recommend!

The truth is that it has been a spectacular stay, I have been the first to come here for what it seems and I have been received as a king, the most impressive thing is the traditional Moroccan breakfast prepared for me by Ayoub's uncle who was included with the reservation. I would come back 10 times if it were not for I must follow my journey to Togo, but I will keep it in mind for when I return, thank you very much again for your hospitality and reception. PS: During the dawn I took a look out the window and I could see a typical Berber shepherd carrying a camel caravan through the dunes, amazing, if I could put the photo here in the review I would leave you all crazy, a shame that AirBnB does not have this option...
