Apartment vacation rentals in Aomori

There was a last-minute change in the number of guests and minor issues, so I contacted the owner many times, but they always responded quickly.We had a very comfortable stay. It was also well equipped, and there was a kerosene stove, so I didn't feel the cold even in the winter. The only thing I can tell you about is the parking lot. I was very grateful for the fact that it was indoors because it didn't affect the snow, but the parking space is very narrow and you may struggle to park on a large day or if you have a large car.

Being nearby the bus station and close to the river and the peace park was nice. There is a pretty large supermarket not too far away as well. The stairs up to the apartment are narrow and a bit hard to get up with a large suitcase. There did not seem to be enough hot water for the tub, so it was not as nice as it could have been.

This is an amazing place in Aomori to stay, it would be ideal for a family as it is really big. But it was a nice refresher for us having a big place after all the small hotel rooms we’ve had on our trip. Would highly recommend!

This was a little out of the way but there is a direct bus line to the location. Residential area so very peaceful and quiet. Easy to find and get in, and everything was as listed. Would stay again!

It looked same what you see in the picture. I could see that the host was making a careful effort. He was always quick and accurate to answer questions. This place was located in an easy-to-find place, and parking was available. The comfortable and clean bedding was especially good. The kitchen tableware was perfectly equipped, making it convenient to cook. There are several supermarkets nearby that can be moved by walking, so you can easily get food materials, and there are also delicious sushi restaurant and ramen store. I could enjoy walking by the sea in Gapo Park every day, so I could enjoy the leisurely time in late autumn. It is only 10-15 minutes away from the city downtown (by driving), so the A- factory and the observation tower are also easy to reach. On this trip to Aomori, I was able to eat a lot of delicious apples that had just been harvested, and I returned home with memories of staying in a nice accommodation. Most of all, the kindness of the host was special one.

There is ample parking space, ideal for those travelling by car.

Yasuko’s apartment was as advertised and was cosy and clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Yasuko was a lovely host and very helpful, even proving fresh towels mid stay. Walkable 20 mins to station but not a lot of restaurants of cafes to visit. Local supermarkets were very good. Quiet neighbourhood.
