Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Aoi Ward

The place was in a convenient location and was close by the grocery. Space was very minimalist and has a staircase access going to the second floor. We were 5 adults, 2 kids and an infant and we booked last minute so the amenities prepared were for 4 that time. It was hard to manage the heater since the breaker would get tripped when we had to run the heater on all the rooms and was told to run the heater one at a time. During this time , it was an unusually cold winter and it was hard to manage with all the kids freezing. I suggest to bundle up or bring some hand warmers.

Really nice place to stay with family. Host is very responsive and supportive. Really enjoyed there.

Uncle Rabbit is the man! Very helpful from show us around town to getting us from the train station to also answering any questions we had. As for the room is was actually even nicer than we thought it was going to be so huge bonus, overall fantastic place if trying to see fuji.

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful kawaguchiko apartment. Place was exactly as described and in prestige condition. Close to all Mt. Fuji hot spots and a feel safe neighborhood. Definitely would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec les activités à faire dans le secteur ainsi que les magasins pour faire nos courses. La place de parking comprise dans le prix est très appréciable. Excellent cabin for big group stays. Many toilets, showers and bath facilities. Well appointed kitchen and home. Big space with many areas to sit, lounge and hang out. Super helpful host - she came when we were leaving and saw us stuck in the snow and she helped shovel and together with the snow plough team, helped to get us go on our way. Thank you so much!

Worth the price . The bath and sauna were perfect. Two bedrooms! One with two western beds and two futons. With a car, everything in town is easily reachable. Amazingly friendly, solicitous, yet also entirely unobtrusive. We even splurged on the omakase dinner at the nearby Fresh Water restaurant-- it was superb -- accesible, authentic and even american kid friendly.

Wonderful place. Very cleanse and updated. Even had heaters in the room as very cold. We would stay there again. Only niggle was requesting for a later check out by one hour but we understand it could not be done. Thank you for a great stay!

山梨is extremely responsive and very helpful. She helped us checked in seamlessly and explained how to use the various equipments in her house. She even recommended us where to go for sightseeing and shopping places where locals go. The amenities in her place is the most complete that we have come across. Everything that you need to feel at home, cook at home etc are all there. We highly recommend her place, esp in those seasons where the sky is clear and one can seat outside to enjoy the nature and slip a drink. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

My husband and I stayed here for the Mt Fuji part of our honeymoon and we cannot rave about BLIKIYA enough. It was so beautiful and in a wonderful location with an easy 15min walk to Chureito Pagoda, a 3min walk to the famous Honcho Street and a 7min walk to the nearest 7eleven. There is so much around and the streets are quaint and stunning. Shoko has so many recommendations in the local area and was extremely responsive. She was also very helpful suggesting ways to get to Mt Fuji from Tokyo, then the best way to get to Kyoto (our next stop). The bed was extremely comfortable and the whole place smelt AMAZING!!!! I cannot imagine a better place we could have stayed. I would highly recommend staying at Shoko’s BLIKIYA WA to everyone and we are so keen to return. If you’re in the fence about where to stay in the Mt Fuji area, you should feel 100% comfortable choosing this place. You won’t regret it. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Thank you for the wonderful stay. The accommodation was exactly as pictured and described, host was super helpful with showing us around, providing recommendations and sorting us a taxi back to the station on our departure. It was very peaceful and secluded, allowing us to use the bikes meant we could easily get into town.
