Vacation rentals with a pool in Ao Khanom Municipal District

before our arivel we had great comunication. when we arrived the room was already cool from the ac. water in the fridge and clean bedaheets. during the stay pookie helped us with everything we needed.

Its a spacious and nice bungalow connected to at great hotel. The service was excellent, and the restaurant at the hotel was also really good. Our kids loved the pool and used it all the time. The hotel sells cannabis (legal and all) and the lobby smells like it, so if you have a problem with that, this might not be the place for you.

We had a truly wonderful and relaxing stay that exceeded all our expectations. The villa is part of a small, beautifully maintained, and very clean villa park (around 10 villas) located in a peaceful area, just a short distance from a stunning natural beach that invites you to take long walks. The villa itself is brand new, thoughtfully decorated with great attention to detail, and exceptionally clean. The surrounding property is also meticulously maintained, adding to the overall charm and comfort. The team was outstanding—proactive, extremely helpful, and attentive to every detail. From arrival and check-in to the maintenance and cleaning of the villa, they took care of everything seamlessly. Every request we had was handled with great care and professionalism. If I could, I would give them 6 out of 5 stars! Overall, I highly recommend this villa and would love to return in the future.

Wonderful stay here, easy accessible by moped or SUV. Agents were incredibly helpful whenever you needed them, however just be mindful that you may be overcharged on the water as it does state ‘500 bhat per stay’ but we were overcharged on this at check out despite only 2 of staying in the full property. Other than that I can not complain as great stay, great views and perfect spot for sun trap - would definitely come back in the future!

everything was great. Very good communication, very friendly, good facilities and little stress. For someone looking for a quiet location a little away from Chaweng, a very nice accommodation with a very nice jungle sea view. However, everything you need is at least 10 minutes away by motorbike, except for the things you really need, which are nearby🙃😉

Excellent place to stay. Lots of room. It is away from the action, but easy to get around using Grab. Eric was very accommodating and communicated well.

A very nice house/apartment complex on the south of Koh Samui. Great pools and nice restaurants withn a short walk, good access to a beach. A big house (3BR) with all amenities, two big bathrooms. A well equipped kitchen. A small hurdle was a communication with the local staff but nothing serious. We would love to return if available next time we visit.

Lovely spacious apartment on the front left corner of the building (looking from the sea). On the 1st floor, so balcony overlooks the restaurant area nextdoor and bedroom overlooks the pool & sea. Adequately equipped kitchen with large fridge with freezer compartment. Great view of sunrise every day. Pool area very clean, comfortable sunbeds, shade area if you want it. Although there are restaurants nearby, would recommend a bike or car to explore the area further. Warunee put us in touch with a local guy called Boyd to organise our transfer from Surat Thani; he was amazing! English speaking, full of information and knowledge, very helpful and reliable.

Martin went above and beyond for us, promptly answering every email; we felt genuinely cared for. The apartment provided everything we needed in a clutter-free environment. It featured two bathrooms, a spacious open-plan kitchen, and living room, as well as stunning views of both the sea and countryside. The area embodied authentic Thailand – remote and less convenient than we’re accustomed to, but purposefully distanced from tourist hubs. A handful of beach bars are available. I recommend trekking down the entire beach and stocking up at the Saturday market. After a rejuvenating month-long stay, we leave fully recharged, ready to embrace stimulation once more. The residence's pool is beautiful, and our two small children enjoyed swimming, much to the slight annoyance of only a couple of foreigners! Thanks, Martin, for your emotional support. 😂 We'll forever cherish our time here – life is good!

The apartment was very comfortable, quiet, spacious and tranquil. I assume most of them in the building are. There is a wonderful breeze most of the time that makes the aircon unnecessary - even in April (Summer)! Everything is very easy going. The pool is amazing. The food in town is amazing, the beaches deserted, the markets big and busy (timing is important) and all for a good price (not like many places in the south). You'll need some form of transport, but renting a scooter in town or near the beaches is easy. Khanom has two main roads with little traffic, so it's very easy to navigate. We travel Thailand every year for at least a month and Khanom is still our favorite for easy beach and some of the best food. Love it every time more...
