Our stay was fantastic! From the warm welcome (where we were greeted with a welcome gift) to the last day, everything was handled with care and attention. The house is spacious, clean, has very comfortable rooms and a terrace that offers a breathtaking view of the canals of Lechería. Mr. Jhonathan, very attentive and courteous, met all our needs, making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We can't wait to return!!! Thank you🤩

Certainly an excellent Airbnb option in Maturín, it is comfortable clean nice. fast internet hot water, it is in a very safe urbanization. ideal for people with vehicles as it is far to walk from the center.

Excellent choice for a vacation, we were delighted with the host's attention and the house. The location of this complex is super central, the guards are extremely friendly, the common areas are impeccable. We really liked that there being a mini supermarket inside the residential complex where we could have breakfast and buy things for the house without using the car. The house is very comfortable and with a very nice view of the canal, where we could catch the boat directly at the property to go to the beach (super convenient). I would definitely repeat my stay. Our stay was 4 nights for a family of 7 people, there were single beds for 6 people and mats for any extra. The apartment had all the amenities: water, heater, stove, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, basic kitchen utensils, sheets, towels, pool chairs, wine cellar, etc. It's important to note that there was a TV but no cable service, and there is WiFi but it's not high speed, which would be a great plus to have. The pool is great, always at a warm temperature, I guess it has a temperature regulation system, very nice. The surveillance is constant and very efficient, two parking spaces. The service of the person in charge of the apartment is very good.
