New building, private nature, 60 km from Tartu

House, completed in 2025, is located in the middle of silence and nature in Võru County, near the village of Sulbi. Distance from Tartu 60 km and Võru 20 km. One 160 cm wide bed and a sofa bed. All the furnishings are new, inside a small sauna too. Heating with an air heat pump and fireplace. Hot water and washing machine and dryer. The lawn is mowed in the summer and the road is cleared of snow in the winter. There is internet, TV, security alarm, bed linen, towels and kitchen utensils.

Paarikümne kilomeetri kaugusele jäävad Karula rahvuspark, Pokumaa, Laste liikluslinn, Roosiku kohvik.

Beautiful rustic summer vacation home near a relaxing lake. Building itself was built in 1801 and is under government protection. It's part of an old manor estate where servants used to stay, now it's a beautiful apartment complex. Right outside is access to the lake, closest store is in Antsla (5km away).
