Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Antsiranana Province

The house has an enviable location, with views of both sunrise and sunset from the two platforms that stretch to almost touch the sea. The Garden is very well maintained with beautiful trees that shade part of the garden. The house is simple and tastefully furnished: colorful concrete floors, local canopy beds, a very comfortable hammock and - especially - a beautiful view from the many windows that open to the walls that look out to the sea. Roselle and Jeudi are discreet and always ready to meet any need. They speak like all Malgasci, French. Philippe (max) welcomed us upon arrival and departure and was always available to give advice or resolve small issues. All in a dreamy stay in the wonderful Nosy Komba. A huge thank you to Freddy and his on-site guide Rasolo who accompanied us to have the best experience. Rasolo is an exceptional guide, attentive, discreet and who knows everything Nosy bé: diving, local cuisine, excursions of all kinds with a millimeter organization. We are not delighted to have stayed in this spacious and well-equipped house, quiet and 5 minutes from the beach on foot for unbeatable value for money. We highly recommend and hope to come back. Very beautiful waterfront villa. Great welcome from Jeanine and the team who are attentive throughout the stay. The accommodation is very comfortable despite the water pressure problem. The place has nothing to do with nearby hotels. Thanks for the great exchange

Frank’s stay was amazing!!! It’s tucked away in the green hills, and surrounded by a variety of beautiful trees and animals. Frank is a very responsive host and very proactive in ensuring we had all we need for a comfortable stay. (Ex. Our kitchen was always stocked and he checked in with us after the storm). Highly recommend if you’re looking for a more wild, and secluded stay. There is a bit of a climb from the beach to the house, so if you’re planning to be in and out the house, I encourage assessing physical fitness / considering if you’re looking for flexible accessibility. With that said, the walk to and from the beach adds to the wonder to Frank’s property! It’s perfect for nature lovers.

We were very well , a spacious house and well maintained, precise and always controlled cleaning service. If we can give a tip, it would be good to renovate the kitchen. We will highly recommend it

We had an outstanding stay. Sonia and Thierry went above and beyond expectations to ensure we had the best possible stay. The staff were also amazing and very friendly and attentive. When it came time to leave, we wish we had booked for longer. I would recommend this villa to anyone wanting a luxurious, relaxing and peaceful break in this part of Nosy Be. What a pleasure to have stayed at Éliane's! I would like to thank her for hosting us, her hospitality and kindness! I also thank all the people around him: Bernard, Natacha, Olivier and their children who are very precious for my vacation to be in the best possible conditions. Close to the city center, there is everything you need nearby. The excursions were well organized with the guide Lino and he was kind enough to pick me up and take me to the airport. For my first time here in Nocy be, I would recommend this place without a second thought!

The apartments are very well decorated. The setting is superb facing the sea, and the staff is very attentive and very responsive.

I started with the 1st floor apartment, but I felt like it was too exposed to the outside (see-through blinds- probably an easy fix) and the entrance was too communal (hallway with people on the other side) although the apartment itself was neat and comfortable. So, I changed to the 2nd floor apartment "Sonoma". That apartment was more private and more of what I wanted. The "Sonoma" apartment is also very comfortable, modern, and spacious. The house keeper was very helpful and courteous, although her French was very limited. But, if she understood was needed, she was quick to help. My last point is probably something the host can't do anything about, but I feel like sharing anyway since it will be part of the reality of the guests staying there. Well, the roadway to the house is not the most attractive and you have to go through a mini market. However, once you get into the apartment, it is very comfortable and homely.

Very beautiful villa by the beach , very well maintained by the young housekeeper , a discreet person of high quality , there are two large air-conditioned bedrooms, with bathroom each, a safe in one of them, a pretty tropical garden, direct access to the sea through the garden, good internet connection, villa secured by roller shutters, you can reach the touching villages of Dar es Salam, Madirokely and Ambotoloaka, either by the beach or by the favela style alleys that leave from the back of the house, with a little habit, you can quickly learn how to find your way around, you can also feed the very hungry dogs and cats of the neighborhood. It's just missing an electric group for everything to be perfect.

My stay at the Casablanca was perfect! If I could put 6 stars I would. The welcome from the owner was fantastic since the first moment. Dona and her staff have always been kind, reserved and extremely helpful. The apartment is tastefully decorated, clean and has everything you might need: equipped kitchen, air conditioning, stable wifi, comfort bed and a pleasant and pretty outdoor area. The location is just perfect: far enough from the hustle and bustle of Ambatoloaka but a few minutes walk from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and all kinds of shops. Totally recommended! We will definitely come back!
