Maison entière vieil Antibes vue mer - clim/Wi-fi

Cette maison en plein centre du vieil Antibes, et à 2 pas du musée Picasso, est pour 4 et vous enchantera par sa simplicité mais aussi par son charme. Sa terrasse est ouverte sur la mer. Cette maison est bâtie sur 3 étages avec un sous-sol (salon). La cuisine au rez-de-chaussée est entièrement équipée, la premiere chambre avec sa salle-de-bain au 1er, une autre chambre au 2eme(avec SDB aussi). La terrasse est au dernier étage. Clim à tous les étages (sauf le sous-sol) et Wi-fi.

Magnifique duplex de 70m2 avec terrasse de 14m2 aux portes de la vieille ville à 5 min à pieds de la plage. L’appartement dispose de 2 chambres et 2 salle de bain en suite, une magnifique cuisine, ainsi qu’un salon et un Wc séparé. L’appartement se trouve au 1er étage sans ascenseurs dans un petit immeuble. Les places de parking autour sont gratuite de 12h à 14h et de 18h à 9h ainsi que les week-ends et jour férié.

Situé au coeur de la veille ville et au pied des remparts, à 50m du port Vauban et de la plage de La Gravette. Charming and in very good condition, fully equipped apartment with stone walls at the picturesque Place Nationale square in old Antibes.
