Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in the city center

Bel appartement neuf, spacieux, confortable et luxueux sur les hauteurs de Tana. Vue exceptionnelle sur le Palais de la Reine, le lac Anosy et le stade Barea. A 5 min à pieds des quartiers administratifs (Anosy, Antaninarenina), proche de toutes commodités et des restaurants branchés. Quartier calme. Cuisine équipée, lave-linge, eau chaude. Terrasse ensoleillée matin et soir. Wifi et TV grand écran. Le logement ne conviendrait pas à une personne à mobilité réduite car des marches à gravir.

The Frob's house

We spent 4 days in this very large house well suited for children, no dangerous or very brittle furniture or decoration at hand, toys and books which is highly appreciated. The presence of animals in the garden (turtle chickens rabbit) and the size of the garden made it a very pleasant space. It's rare for our large family with small children to find a secure place for our curious and very lively children! The neighborhood is quiet, it's a bourgeois neighborhood of Tananarive (French high school). The caretakers are very kind, discreet. Communication with François Xavier was very fluid and efficient. We would recommend this listing!

Our stay at Michel's went very well. The house is large and well equipped. There are all the necessary equipment to compensate for the fairly recurring electrical shedding on Tana. The caretaker and his wife are very kind, always available to meet your needs.

Great stay! Big spacious apartment, over looking the swiming pool at the front and countryside/ residence to the back. Very clean and easy to find, in a beautiful ane very safe environment. Met at the specified time and let into the appartment, given a quick tour.The host was also able to provide a cot at the last minute which was very much appreciated. There was air-conditioning available in the living room and a fab in one of the bedrooms which was great. Comfortable beds, with great mattresses, which you dont always find in Madagascar. The kitchen had basics already available such as coffee, sugar etc. Local amenities close by such as a supermarket, restaurants, taxis and atms. Great stay and excellent host!

Beautiful equipped studio - Atlantis Residence

Pros: Clean and modern. Hot water. Air conditioner (hot and cold). A bit of outdoor sitting area. Cons: Can feel a bit cramped when the sofa bed is open. Cellphone network connection can be poor since it's in the lower level of the building. Overall, I feel that a lot of effort was put into welcoming into the studio. A bit outside of the city center, near Restaurant Atlantis.
