Vacation rentals with beach access in Anse Caritan

Our stay went wonderfully well! The view from our terrace was superb, and the beach was just a short walk from our accommodation. We also enjoyed all the little extras available to us: cooler bag, beach towels, mask and snorkel, inflatable mattress with pump — all of which proved to be very convenient during the week. The bakery a stone's throw away was a real plus: we went there almost every morning for our croissants, chocolate and fresh sandwiches. A memorable stay, thank you again!

apartment as advertised, the owner came to wait for us at the airport to give us the keys. We enjoyed the location close to the municipality of STE ANNE and the very beautiful beach well shaded. We had a very good exchange with her mom who gave us good advice and especially fresh fruit. Good bedding , air conditioning and fan very nice . Perfect for two people. Wake up in the morning pleasant on the terrace and full of birds but still hungry. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

A pleasant stay in Martinique at this place. Martinique is beautiful and full of things to do. We thought the place was bigger. Unfortunately, the humidity does not allow a good smell at certain times. In addition, I think the hygiene of the accommodation can be improved. Very responsive hosts, accommodation located at the bottom of the island (take this into consideration), but the decor is very pretty!

Super design accommodation, very cozy and really super well equipped (both in the kitchen, and for the pool (everything you need for baby and for the beach), Deborah thought of everything. The pool is lovely, we had a great time. Deborah is very responsive to messages, and super accommodating. We finished our vacation in style. I totally recommend it

Great apartment in good location. The amenities are very good, you can tell that Jacqueline likes to cook, because in the kitchen there was everything we needed for cooking. The great terrace, the tap outside (very good for washing the diving equipment), vacuum cleaner, broom, clothes rack with clothespins, wash basin, everything available👍. Jacqueline also filled the fridge before we arrived and brought us delicious snacks and bananas from her garden. We can definitely recommend it! If someone also lives in the apartment above and has a party on the terrace upstairs, it is very disturbing!

We had a little trouble finding the location due to a misinterpretation on my part of the information provided. Small detail that was easily resolved. When we rent remotely and from photos, the question we ask ourselves is whether it will meet our expectations upon arrival. Good, we confirm, no bad surprises upon arrival. Beautiful welcome from Ghislaine and Richard as well as a good relationship throughout our stay. So, no worries to experience this location and enjoy what Martinique has to offer. We had a great time at Anne-Marie's villa! Special mention for the magnificent views of Trois Ilets Bay. The villa is very well-equipped and the configuration around the view and the pool allows you to truly enjoy the outdoors. Anne-Marie provided us with very clear explanations for access and check-in and the reception team was very professional and friendly.

Great stay at Annie and Arnaud's! The villa is tastefully decorated, well equipped and very clean. We were warmly welcomed and throughout the stay we were able to communicate easily with our hosts. The view of the ocean is a major asset it is a peaceful, quiet place where we can enjoy it. I highly recommend this listing

The villa is even prettier in real life than in the photo, very nicely decorated, it quickly feels like home. The pool is very popular after a hot day. Everything went very well, communication with Thierry or Rodolphe was very easy, the arrival is prepared by very pleasant little touches. The location was ideal for moving to the nearby Anses where we wanted to spend the most time, but also for the rest of the island. I highly recommend Thierry's villa.

This place was just like the photos. Beautiful quiet location overlooking the ocean with a short trail to the water. Evan met us when we arrived and gave us good recommendations for food and activities. There is even a double sit on top kayak to kayak a short distance to an island. The hammock was wonderful too!

Excellent!! The welcome is more than perfect, you are greeted with a lot of attention and lots of gifts. Chantale is also at your disposal if you need anything. The apartment is very good, a short walk to the beach and a short walk to the village! A garden with all the accessories for you to rest and even have a barbecue!! Everything is great! Bravo

DOMINIQUE! Amazing host, amazing spot, and I know where to stay for my next vacation in Martinique! We were blown away by his kindness and his excellent local tips on activities and hiking . We had a great time at the place! Colette's family was very welcoming and very caring to us! The accommodation is very well located, with well-served roads, which means that we were able to explore a large part of the island. We were able to park the car in front of the house. This place has exactly what we needed for a week, host was responsive and other guests were courtesy of noise at night. While I didn’t have children with me, this would be a great location to stay if you do.

We had a wonderful stay at Sandra and Luca's! They are welcoming, responsive and attentive to our well-being. The accommodation is very comfortable and well-equipped, the view from the terrace is superb. It is conveniently located, avoiding traffic jams for the North and South, which are therefore easily accessible. Many good restaurants in town are within walking distance, a pleasure not to have to take the car everywhere. Private beach and pool access are also two big pluses! Nothing to say, we can only recommend.

I recommend this apartment 200%, close to the beach, within walking distance. Everything is as described. It has all the comforts you need for a great vacation. Don't hesitate!

Very nice accommodation with full amenities. Very nice terrace with sunset views, it can be hot but there is a fan. Go see the cove near the Hôtel de la Batelière, I saw a sea turtle there and a lot of fish. Not really any restaurants within walking distance, there's the casino restaurant and the pizza restaurant. Otherwise, several restaurants in Schœlcher. There is a beach umbrella available but bring your own beach towels. The washing machine was very convenient. The air conditioning is very efficient, there is one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment and no noise from neighbors.

My husband and I are delighted with our stay at Lionel's. The place was great for both of us, maybe missing a little bit of storage in the kitchen. Quiet and clean residence, super well placed to visit and enjoy the beautiful beaches and the varied landscapes of the south of the island. Lionel is ultra available and super nice . The accommodation is perfectly located and secured thanks to a security gate to access the estate. Easy-access swimming pool and welcome after a day in the sun. 880 meters from Diamant Beach, which we found the most fun. With 1-meter waves perfect for fun. Our stay was intended for cycling, beautiful and safe place despite the first impressions of motorists' behavior. Martinique is very hilly with some parts at over 15% but it's a lot of fun to practice our sport. In closing, I recommend all couples have a great experience in a beautiful location.
