Vacation rentals with beach access in Anse Caritan

Had a lovely stay at Pascale and Jean Paul’s! So welcoming and had great local recommendations :)

Miguel welcomed us with great friendliness. He was always available to respond to our requests and even organized an aperitif where he introduced us to the preparation of ti-punch. He also introduced us to different typical Martinique toasts, a real treat! Thanks to his valuable advice and a personalized map, we were able to explore the most beautiful places on the island. Miguel is an exceptional person, very welcoming and caring. And what about the apartment? It is simply beautiful, very well equipped, comfortable, and perfectly located. Thank you so much to Miguel! If I ever come back to Martinique, I will definitely stay in his accommodation again.

Great stay at Philippe's in a very well-equipped accommodation located in a perfect setting. Thank you Ela for the welcome and the beautiful apartment directly to the sea. For a business trip, we couldn't be better and the attention to arrival and responsiveness of the owner helped me have a short stay in the best conditions. Next time, I'll stay a little longer!

A peaceful stay at Anthony's place. The environment is quiet, large terrace for meals. Everything was very clean and the apartment well equipped. The A/C works perfectly, so does the TV. The check-in and check-out instructions are clear. The accommodation is very simple, but well located and clean.

Marie-Laure was so welcoming and kind, greeting us with the most delicious home-made mango juice upon our arrival. She was flexible with check-in and check-out times, and helped us when we needed recommendations. The view is spectacular, and the pool is lovely. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who comes to Martinique.

The apartment is tastefully and carefully decorated. Everything is of quality, as if you were in their apartment. Pretty linens, fluffy towels, antique decorative objects, mementos from travels... A real little cocoon. Carole and Eric are very accommodating. Thanks for this stay.

Jean-Luc was a very friendly and welcoming host. Peaceful accommodation, with lovely views: very pleasant! Petite Anse beach is within walking distance, and the location of the accommodation allows easy access to different parts of the island.

The villa is even prettier in real life than in the photos, very nicely decorated, it quickly feels like home. The pool is much appreciated after a hot day. Everything went very well, communication with Thierry or Rodolphe was very easy, the arrival is prepared with very nice little touches. The location was ideal for traveling to the surrounding coves where we wanted to spend the most time, but also for the rest of the island. I highly recommend Thierry's villa.

We spent a week at the lower part of the house. The views are exceptional and truly more impressive than the photos even do justice to. We were lucky that there was no one renting the top of the house during our week, which gave us a very private and quiet setting. We adored the pool overlooking the ocean and mountainside. It’s very idyllic. Overall the space is exactly as described, with the majority of the living quarters being outside and the bedrooms and bathrooms being indoors. The kitchen is basic but has all of the necessities for a vacation. The bedrooms benefit from very strong A/C. Fred was always responsive and accommodating. A great host. We would definitely recommend this villa!

We loved the villa. The hosting was great OMG with Caroline, she is very nice. She took all the time it took to explain to us everything we needed to know about the house, we really appreciated it. Erkan also responded very quickly to our questions before our arrival and after we contacted Caroline who also responded very quickly and always friendly. The place is beautiful, very lit with always a nice breeze. It is very well located and secure, beautiful sea views even if it is at a distance. The only small disappointment we had and mentioned to Caroline was that there was no BBQ as mentioned on the listing, Caroline offered us her (so nice of her part) but finally we organized ourselves differently. Basically everything was perfect, we recommend the place without hesitation. Thanks Erkan and Caroline.

We just spent 5 weeks in this very well located, quiet neighborhood, near the beach (5-minute walk) near the village. The accommodation is very well equipped, you are at home, Chantal has planned everything, linen, various cleaning products, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper etc… plus fresh bread, homemade jam, fruit and rum! The terrace is very spacious, with sitting and dining area, deckchairs, the garden is enclosed by flowering hedges, not overlooked, just morning visits from hummingbirds and sunbirds… Chantal and her husband are lovely, discreet and very responsive people, I recommend this rental 100%

The house is new and very well designed. Everything is prepared for a great stay, both from the point of view of cleanliness, which is impeccable, and the small touches provided on arrival. In addition, the outdoors are very pleasant and the pool is undeniably a plus. Stéphanie and Audry were very available and did their utmost to help optimize our stay, for which we thank them very much. If you're looking for a place to stay for your vacation in Martinique, don't hesitate, this is exactly what you need!

Excellent stay, the accommodation is very good. The views are beautiful in the morning at sunrise. And in the evening with all the lights of Fort de France . We had a great time in Martinique.

The listing is located in a complete area (convenience food store, bakery, pizzeria, tourist activity, beach a few meters walk away) The cozy atmosphere of the decoration made us feel at home, the layout and the amenities available to us were a real plus! The bedding is just amazing. We were able to enjoy the terrace and jaccuzzi which are not overlooked. Regarding Rita, a very warm host with an incredible sense of hospitality. We are delighted with our stay and will definitely be back again! Thank you Rita:)

We had a great time for 2 adults and 3 children. Marie-Sophie's place is perfect. It is very well located, spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and with magnificent sunset views. It is quiet, away from the activities around the pool. The Pierre et Vacances residence is very good, swimming pool, several restaurants, beach, diving and jet-ski, laundry, grocery store... We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great stay, the location is very nice. The apartment is wonderful and has everything you need and more. Literally one minute away from white sand beaches and tons of restaurants and bars. Really great and wonderful host! Amazing!

Very well located accommodation in a quiet and secure residence. On-site swimming pool and beach access in 5 minutes on foot. Czline and Jerome are very friendly and very available. we recommend this listing.

Very nice accommodation with full amenities. Very nice terrace with sunset views, it can be hot but there is a fan. Go see the cove near the Hôtel de la Batelière, I saw a sea turtle there and a lot of fish. Not really any restaurants within walking distance, there's the casino restaurant and the pizza restaurant. Otherwise, several restaurants in Schœlcher. There is a beach umbrella available but bring your own beach towels. The washing machine was very convenient. The air conditioning is very efficient, there is one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment and no noise from neighbors.

Clean accommodation, spacious, perfectly equipped and very conveniently located (walks, beaches nearby, snorkeling, various water activities...). In addition, David is a welcoming, very responsive and friendly host. The stay went perfectly. I recommend it!
