Very good hospitality from Erwan. Very flexible for our departure by offering to take our time because he had no booking after us. The accommodation was impeccable, very clean, all the utensils were present for the kitchen and bath towels available for our stay. A washing machine is also available. It was great. We (2 couples) stayed here in early February 2025 and had a great visit. The villa is outfitted with high-end furnishings and appliances. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is only heated by the sun but the temperature was just right. The subdivision entrance is gated so we felt very safe. The property manager, Carmelina, was very responsive and professional, which made a big difference in our stay. We enjoyed the location; we loved being beachfront and we walked to restaurants every day but one. I would definitely recommend this villa to those who appreciate high-end accommodations.

Very nice bungalow located close to the misunderstanding beach with these turtles. Well located for visiting Basse Terre. Very nice pool and hot tub after a good day of hiking. Very nice host with her nice little girl who even invited our daughter to her birthday.

Rented accommodation for 2 adults and a teenager. Large independent townhouse, quiet environment and very good location for visiting Basse-Terre. Terrace for outdoor dining in front of the private pool which is a nice plus to relax at the end of the day. Suzy is very friendly and is very attentive, the fiber optic being out of order throughout the neighborhood, she went to get a 4G box to help us out. We'd love to go back!

We had a great time at Villa Koray. We were hosted very well by Valerie who explained to us how the house worked and with whom communication was very fluid. The house is very clean, well-equipped, spacious, very well lit and tastefully decorated. There is a real continuity between the indoor and outdoor spaces. The pool is large and there is a distant view of the sea that opens the perspective. We enjoyed the ancillary activities: petanque court, dartboard and foosball. There is a good quality acoustic speaker. The house is close to shops and water activities (5 min drive ) We highly recommend this villa!!

We had a wonderful stay at Gregory's cottage in Pointe-Noire. The accommodation is nestled in the heart of a lush tropical garden, it is a haven of peace. The setting is simply beautiful, exotic and soothing. The cottage is well appointed, comfortable, and perfectly integrated into its natural environment. We loved waking up every morning to the sound of birds and enjoying the terrace surrounded by greenery. Gregory is a thoughtful and discreet host, everything was perfectly organized. A property we recommend without so much as a second thought!
