Accommodation as expected, peaceful ocean view and quiet location. Very good welcome by Elodie (thank you in particular for the good planter who was waiting for us in the fridge!) who also arranged us for our departure time according to our flight. With our two sons we are delighted with our stay in this accommodation. You can stay there, you will be won over by this peaceful place.

Aurélie's studio is a real cozy nest, a cocoon. Perfectly clean, it has everything we usually need . The 180 degree view of the sea and the Gosier Island from this studio is a perpetual enchantment. Just be aware that the hotel of the residence organizes fairly regularly parties especially on Sundays from 2pm to 11pm which are very noisy. Aurélie as well as the syndic regularly reports it to the director who will hopefully, by imposing absolute calm in this paradise.

We are delighted with our stay at Richard's place. The apartment is comfortable, and is located in the quiet part of Pierre et Vacances (while being a few minutes from the pool and the center of the holiday village). Thanks to Valerie for hosting us and for the little bonuses that were waiting for us upon arrival.

Chantal was a great host always available to help us. Her apartment was super clean with all the amenities, wonderful kitchen and a nice terrace. Close to St. Anna Beach and to the supermarket, bakery and restaurants.

We did not meet Sébastien (he does not live in Guadeloupe) but Martine, who welcomed us extremely well. She adapts to the arrival time (delayed flight) and is available on site during the stay (she lives next to the apartment for rent). Very clean apartment, very good location. Infinity pool, with ocean views. Well air-conditioned accommodation. Welcome basket which is always nice (fruits, punch, fruit juice, etc.) We recommend this place without a second thought.

Beautiful villa ideal for a stay of six people, very modern and well equipped. A sumptuous pool, a beautiful living environment, we would recommend it without hesitation.

We had a great vacation at this place, which was exactly as advertised. The site and access to the whole Pierres et Vacances area are really a plus.

What a wonderful place! When we arrived, we were greeted with a Planter (local drink). The apartment was perfect and comfortable. What can I say about the view of the pool and the sea!!! It's perfect to rest. The place is very well soundproofed, you can't hear any noise at night. Plus, there's air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found it very convenient to have two full bathrooms when there are 4 of us. Secure place thanks to a barrier with code to enter the parking lot. Within walking distance, you have the grocery store, several bakeries, pizza, local vendors, etc.! Communication with Thierry was impeccable.

We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. The location is excellent—well-situated with convenient access to swimming pool, beach, shops, and restaurants. The host was highly responsive and courteous, promptly addressing any queries I had both before and during my stay. We had a great time at Stéphanie's place. We were with our two children and really enjoyed the studio, which is really well equipped from A to Z. Nothing is missing, everything is designed for comfort. Stéphanie is an exceptional host: very kind, respectful, pleasant and always accommodating. It's just perfect. Really nice accomodation in Saint Anne. It is more spacious than on the pictures and very well equipped. Sinta is a very nice host that gave us loads of tips for restaurants that we enjoyed.

We enjoyed our stay at Pascaline's. The resort amenities ( pool, restaurants, mini mart, and activities ) were great to have. The AC and fan worked really well and the outdoor kitchen area was perfect for dinner and late night snacks. The only downside is that the TV isn't a smart TV ( no Netflix, streaming, or casting ) and is only in French with a few cable channels.

Beautiful and large apartment for 4, very clean and secure residence. Beautiful pool and beautiful beach. Nevertheless, the apartment could use a kitchen and bathroom refresh, with the installation of a water reserve tank to avoid the stress of power cuts in the evening. but all this was discussed during the key handover with Véronique, who took our remarks into account we still recommend the accommodation
