Triple Chalet

Built in 2018, the luxurious chalet is located on a sunny slope in the top row in the alpine village with the best panoramic views, 1,300 meters above sea level. Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Das Häuschen befindet sich direkt auf unserem Bio-Bergbauernhof auf 1100 m Seehöhe und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

The lovely Sonnreith cabin is located in the mountain village of Spital/Pyhrn on the sunny slope with some neighboring houses. It is newly furnished and has a living area of 34 m² - many loving details were made by hand - very cozy. A fireplace and infrared heating provide pleasant warmth. There is underfloor heating in the anteroom and bathroom. The cabin is in a quiet, beautiful panoramic location. Hiking trails and the mountain bike trail are nearby (100 meters)

This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, far away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. Here there are deer, chickens, cats and bees. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I am building as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood-burning stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and a kitchen.

Bärbel's Panorama Hut is 40 m² for self-catering with its own terrace and sauna bunk bed 120 wide a real cuddly hut and is located in the Präbichl ski and hiking area in Styria. The hut has a sun terrace and an infusion sauna. The Swedish stove in the living room provides cozy warmth. At the Praebichl there are numerous hiking opportunities, via ferrata, climbing park and gentle tourism. I'd love to answer any questions you may have.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
