INTENDENTE CHARMING LOFT

My Loft is located on the 3rd floor of a very typical Portugues building, with a private garden, very quiet, located in the fancy neighbourhood of INTENDENTE (check the New York Post review online), close to the city center (5 minutes by walking). It has a kitchen fully equipped, a bright Living/Bedroom and a bathroom with a tube. The area is plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Note: renovation works in a apartment on the same floor of ours are currently taking place.

It has the subway at the door (20 minutes to the airport) and all accessibility and amenities, including premium Wi-Fi. The space is very beautiful and quiet. You will be staying in a building inhabited by Portuguese, better experiencing our habits.

In Lisbon's premier street Rua Augusta in a modern building with an elevator, AC for heating and cooling in both bedroom and living room. The bed is very comfortable with a generous size of 160x200. The vibrant street is right in the heart of Baixa (downtown), you can walk to most central attractions by foot. Downtown Lisbon is very busy and noisy. If you're a light sleeper, this is probably not the right place.

In 10min walk you will be in the historical center of the city where everything happens and where you can ride the famous tram 28! The neighborhood can be very quiet despite being in the center of Lisbon, next to the square of Marquês de Pombal and Av. da Liberdade.
