Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Aniseed Valley

A lovely home to stay at. We were only passing through for one night but wish we could've stayed longer. The home is spacious and had everything we needed. Lovely presentation and shower pressure was great! Resident weka greeted us on arrival and the short walk to Waikawa Bay is beautiful. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful two-night stay! The location was absolutely ideal—just a short drive from the ferry terminal, making it super convenient to explore the town and waterfront. Despite being close to everything, the house was quiet at night. If you're visiting Picton, we highly recommend this spot.

A beautiful haven among the trees and the birds. Ina was so welcoming and helpful and we felt very at home. The kids loved the garden with the trampoline and rope swing. It's been our favourite Air B&B of the trip!

Lovely holiday home, very close to the beach with all the amenities you would need. House was clean on arrival and I appreciated the clear communication before and during our stay.

This was a great peaceful place to stay. It allowed us to spread out and enjoy the rural surrounds. The property exceeded our expectations and Alistair was very responsive. To our questions. The new outdoor baths were a favourite, as were the multiple parts of the deck to enjoy at different times of the day.

Great spot - clean, inviting and quiet! Nice touches too with treats and bathroom supplies etc. Highly recommend ☺️

Great comfy house very comfortable for 2 families with young kids. Lots to do at the house plus close to activities and amenities.

We loved our stay! The house has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Although it’s older it’s great to have the pool, and there are lovely shaded areas outside too. Would happily recommend or stay again - thank you!

Host very nice showing us around. Beautiful area with farm animals next door but close to town as well. Clean and functional spa (ie jets worked, pretty rare at rentals) much appreciated after hiking the Queen Charlotte.

Probably one of the most comfortable and well appointed places we have stayed at. There has clearly been a lot of thought out into making this place a great place to stay. We appreciate the extra things, eggs, treats, etc. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

This place was amazing!!! We booked the whole place and had a family reunion with 15 adults, 2 kids and an infant and the villa was perfect! If anything she under sells how wonderful it is!

Lovely place to stay with a friendly host. Not too far from Nelson and surrounding attractions but feels amazingly private and peaceful - and we loved being able to say hello to the cows! Pool was a great facility for hot summer afternoons and the cottage had everything we needed and nice spacious rooms.

Wonderful stay at Matt and Lucy's. the home was well appointed with everything we needed. the pool and the spa was very good and we felt super relaxed and comfortable here. would happily recommend.

This was my all time favorite Air B&B stay. The house was so gorgeous, that when we pulled up, my family asked me if I was sure I had the right address! The beds were so comfortable, with beautiful linens. We enjoyed cooking dinner and breakfast several nights in the large and well stocked kitchen. Night times around the fireplace were so cozy! Lovely yard and small pool, that was well used by our 7 year old. It was hard to leave this morning. The garden around the house is lovely and we enjoyed fresh oranges from the trees.

We enjoyed the peacefulness of the country and the welcome from our host. We slept extremely well in the comfortable bed. Takaka is a short 5 minute drive away and has good facilities. We highly recommend this as a place from which to explore Golden Bay and Cape Farewell.

What a superb 2 bedroom house! Great location for our trip, convenient to City as well as Stoke and beyond. Walking convenience to Tahunanui Beach, and all it contains. Everything necessary provided at the house, and the Spa pool was a bonus! Very well contained and enormous! backyard for visiting dogs. Highly recommended.

Such a cute and cosy place to stay! I had one night here staying after a wine tour and it was a perfect place to chill out. Peter was great at communicating and let me drop off my bags early before my tour and made me feel very welcome. I enjoyed the teas on offer and it was also very close to a Woolworths to get some snacks. Definitely recommend :)

I continue to come back year after year and it never fails to impress!

The house is older with the bathroom needing some attention. But it was very comfortable, in a great location; quiet and just across the road from the beach with an elevated outlook.

Lovely (if short) stay at Caroline's. Such a beautiful peaceful spot and the apartment was very clean with gorgeous decor. Highly recommend.
