Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Anguillara Sabazia

We loved this apartment! It's pleasant and stylishly furnished and was perfect for my husband and me to explore the area, which is walking distance to the Vatican and surrounded by the many shops, restaurants and gelaterie of Rome. Giorgio was communicative and informative and attentive to all our questions. Would definitely recommend!

Stefano was a wonderful host! Multiple suggestions for food or anything else. He takes pride in his property and wants you to have a wonderful experience. Would absolutely stay here again. Right near the Metro, Vatican and shopping. So convenient to everything. Had a wonderful family vacation.

The views are breathtaking. The area is perfectly walkable to almost all the big archeological sites and good food. The apartment was huge, the kitchen was perfect. The air conditioning units don’t really work effectively, it was hot without the windows open at night. There was someone playing live music and singing downstairs right outside the colosseum every night which we loved.

We loved our stay at Lio’s place! The apartment is exactly as pictured, highlighted by a big, beautiful kitchen and huge windows that let tons of natural light into the main sitting room. All rooms (sitting room and bedrooms) have shutters to make them dark for when you want to sleep. Beds are super comfy and the washer/dryer were so helpful keeping our kids’ clothes clean. The location is terrific - in a safe and walkable neighborhood. Easy access to get around all of Rome but particularly convenient to Vatican City. Most importantly, Lio is a wonderful host! Super responsive, greeted us on arrival, and even helped settle our luggage into the flat. Couldn’t imagine a kinder host :) We hope we’re lucky enough to stay with Lio again if we’re ever in Rome. This was an OUTSTANDING stay, and I cannot wait to come back!!! After staying here, I will never stay in a different area when returning. The apartment was absolutely pristine. Very luxurious and quiet, yet right in the center of the Roma experience!!! I definitely hope to return! I couldn’t have loved it more. We were also fortunate enough to get early check-in! Wow, we had a WONDERFUL time, the apartment is beautiful and spacious (for Rome). Perfect location for easy access to shopping, taxi stands, local sites. Stefano was a perfect host. He accommodated our early check in request, was proactive, and checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. He also arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us. I've stayed at many AirBnBs but this one was one of the best. I highly recommend it. Thank you Stefano!

Luigi's place was the perfect location for our family of five. Central and within walking distance to everything you want to see. You can practically see the Pantheon as soon as you walk out the door! Clean, all the amenities you could want, and best of all a host who is enthusiastic about making sure you and your family have all you need to get the most out of your trip to Rome!

Absolutely loved the location, close enough to walk everywhere but out of the main hustle & bustle. Restaurants & best little Jewish bakery on the street right outside. Having own kitchen meant we didn’t have to eat out every night which was good as we were exhausted after some big days exploring. David was a great communicator and also provided information for restaurants when asked & checked in a few times to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful place in a lovely peaceful part of Rome. Amazing garden. Paolo and Claudio were great hosts too.

Daniela hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns direkt einige Tipps gegeben. Sie war auch jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, dieses ist aber mit der Metro (ca. 15 Minuten Bahnfahrt) gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Bei warmen Temperaturen ist die Klimaanlage ein echter Pluspunkt. Für uns war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in Rom.

L'alloggio era davvero bello, sia all'esterno per la sua collocazione nella parte più antica di Trevignano Romano, sia all'interno con un arredamento molto accogliente e rispettoso del tipo di ambiente. All'interno abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort promessi e l'Host Ambra è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Lo raccomando senz'altro

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.

Calcata alleine ist die Reise wert. Das Spa von Christian ist eine Oase der Entspannung. Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen dort verbracht und waren trotz der Fotos wahnsinnig überrascht, wie schön diese Unterkunft ist. Wir können es absolut empfehlen.

This is great if you have your own transportation. I did not 😩. I rented a car for a couple of days and it was fine then, but the public transportation is unreliable in the secluded location. (no fault to Gianluca) We felt very welcomed and accommodated during our stay. Would highly recommend for those looking for a quiet place away from the city.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ronciglione liegt strategisch sehr günstig , die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt,ohne Autoverkehr, nachts sehr ruhig, morgens hört man nur das Vogelgezwitscher. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut modernisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sandro was an excellent host and very responsive to any questions that we had. He put together a wonderful book outlining everything from restaurants to what to expect at places of interest. We got there early and he met us at the apartment and allowed us to store our baggage until the apartment was cleaned. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling and planning on seeing the Vatican.

Appartement très bien situé, notamment pour ce qui est des transports en commun : bus, tram, métro. On est dans le centre en moins d une demi heure. De plus accès direct a l aeroport par le train regional dont la gare Ostiense est a 10 mn a pied. Supermarché très pratique quasiment au pied de l immeuble, ce qui est bien appréciable egalement. S il y avait un seul point négatif ce serait le bruit, non dans l immeuble mais autour. Ceci dit on s y habitue et ce n estvpas vraiment genant . L appartement est agreable, bien équipé. De petites attentions, comme les produits d hygiene qui sont fournis, des bouteilles d eau fraiche au frigo a notre arrivee... Livia a été très reactive, nous a laissé entrer dès que le menage a été terminé, et surtout rester le jour du depart plus longtemps, ce qui nous a permis de profiter de notre derniere matinee sans nos bagages... Merci pour tout et bonne continuation.

Perfect location to stay at while visiting Rome. Very clean, quiet & comfortable. We felt right at home. Very easy to walk to all the sites. Daniele was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We appreciated all the local recommendations from him. Giordano’s place was clean and very well appointed. Check in was a breeze! We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was not too far from the Colosseum, but the trip to the Vatican City was quite a far walk. I would suggest taking the metro line if you are going up that way. Overall, loved our stay!

Beautiful, modern and spotlessly clean apartment close to the Vatican, walkable in 10 mins and plenty of local buses. Daniela gave us a host of recommendations- we tried 3 of them and 100% agree they’re great places to eat - Mae for breakfast, Conviviale for dinner, both just across the road, and Mimi & Coco, hip and happening near Piazza Navone. So comfortable- we’d love to have stayed longer.

Perfect in every way. The location was perfect, just steps away from the Colosseum and many other sights. Lots of great places to eat close by and also a supermarket and mini-market across the street. Close to the Metro and hop-on/hop-off bus. The apartment was perfect, modern, comfortable and super-clean and had all the amenities you could need. I’m sure if there was something else you needed the hosts would assist with no problem at all. Thank you Stephano and Francesca for a wonderful stay and we will be back again for sure in the cooler months.
