Atypical house of 80m2 with garden and terrace, in a nice village and a quiet one way street. The house is close to shops (grocery store, bakery, bar, butcher, pharmacy, hairdresser). Parking for 2 cars at the property. 40min train from Gare du Nord, stop "Rieux - Angicourt". The house is a 5 min walk away. Beautiful walks in the countryside and surrounding forests, hiking and mountain biking. We live in the second detached house at the back of the property.

Quiet; close to the train station (from where you can reach Paris) and city center (10 min walk), and 3 min walk to a bakery, tobacco, liddl, the edges of the bird... For one or two people. We live 10 minutes away in case of any problems.
