Rent our rowboat and fish in Åmänningen, there are plenty of zander and perch here. The coffee tastes best barefoot on the jetty. In the evening, fire and evening sun await. Electricity is available – but no running water. Simple, beautiful and authentic. 2 hours from Stockholm. Walking distance from the train. Welcome to this cozy cottage at the edge of Dalälven, 5 km outside Hedemora. Grill on the patio, sauna and take a swim from your own jetty. Indoors, there is a modern kitchen, toilet with shower, fireplace, TV and WiFi. The sauna is wood-fired and the plot basks in the sun in the mornings, sun all the way into the afternoon down on the dock. Firewood and canoe are available for a fee.
