Starting with the host, Mr. Clodoaldo is a great person, helpful, present and responsive, he answers very quickly. As for the house, it's quiet, a place that makes you feel good, the house has an interior style, equipped with everything, spacious and ventilated. We loved the house and intend to return for sure. Don't be afraid to rent it. The house is clean and well organized. As for the location, close to everything, well located, you can walk quietly to Dominguinhos square, luminous fountain, flower clock and Euclides Dourado park. Great value for money!! Very worthwhile!! We are very grateful and hope the doors are always open for us to return!!

The house is great, super comfortable and with everything new. IT DOES NOT smell of mold, there is no infiltration and everything is very clean. It is all made with planned furniture, which makes it have free space. There is TV in all rooms and living room. The kitchen is well equipped and very clean. The bathrooms work perfectly. The host is courteous and responds quickly. I would definitely stay again.

We looked for other places, but none matched the comfort of the Manoel Tavares flats, this business, offering coffee, sugar, salt and water, was one of the differentials. We loved everything. The area is quiet, the neighborhood is close to everything. We were looking for tranquility, peace, mild temperature and away from the carnival revelry and we found all this. I highly recommend it.

A wonderful experience, especially being the object is to rest as a couple. The cottage is beautiful and just like the photos and description, close to the wineries and communication with Monica is very smooth and pleasant. Definitely one of those destinations that are saved so you can go back!

The accommodation was perfect in every aspect, from the location to the hospitality of the hosts. The apartment is spacious and well decorated, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, the pool was very clean and there were even treats left by the hosts. Overall, my family and I had a wonderful experience.

Good accommodation. Casa Grande, accommodates a lot of people!! I missed a fan for the day, the night need not. A positive point was the electric shower. The location is a little far from the sights, only for those who are by car.

Juci was a very kind and helpful host in the dialogue. The place is just like the pictures and very good for spending good times with family and friends. Large leisure area, availability of complete kitchen items, excellent room cleanliness, well-organized sleeping quarters. It was a great stay, I recommend it.

Staying at Gilson's house was how he told me as soon as I arrived: I want you to feel at home! A wonderful staff, attentive, respectful and whenever I needed it, he responded promptly. The house is great, spacious, with everything you need, including I even picked up some of his powdered coffee to make that breakfast. I recommend it to everyone!
