Beautiful, spacious 2-bedroom barge! The boat is located on the Brunswick dock with parking available at the Liverpool Yacht club. The house boat has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful views of the dock. There is an indoor fireplace as well as a TV and Wifi available! The flat is in a listed building on a private road, close to the city centre. It is very spacious and has many original features, with lots of room in the sitting room and kitchen-dining room to hang out, cook, or work. Nestled at the edge of the park, a beautiful place to walk, run or play tennis, the loudest ambient sound is bird song. We are ten minutes by cycle, bus or taxi to the city centre, with plenty of off-road parking next to the flat.

Thank you very much for the stay! You have a beautiful apartment! My dad stayed for 3 weeks whilst waiting for his new apartment to become ready. He thoroughly enjoyed and very local to his previous home, so he was very familiar with the area. The outdoor terrace is a fantastic extra to have! Thank you again and hopefully we will stay again!
