Situated just minutes from downtown Sylacauga and The Talladega National Forest, The Sanctuary was Built in 1962 as a church. Now, The Sanctuary is the place for your peaceful escape, The entire home will be yours including a Master King-Suite with large private bath, and a Queen room with a full bath, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry area and a quiet outdoor patio to enjoy coffee and a sunrise, or stargazing in the evening. (BTW, If you just can't unplug, The Sanctuary also offers Wi-Fi.)

Cozy cottage with public boat dock & ramps nearby (boat & kayak rentals as well). Main bedroom has a queen & attached full bathroom. Bunk room sleeps 4 w/ connecting bathroom to main area. Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Minutes from the famous Kowaliga restaurant & Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding, etc) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to allergy issues. $500 fine for parties or smoking.

Cozy home that is perfect for a small family or group of friends. Across the street from Chucks Marina that has a dock up bar, restaurant and live music during season. A short 5 minutes walk if you choose to just walk there. Home has everything you need, including your own boat slip, while away on your Lake Martin getaway. If off season and a football fan, Auburn is just a short 20 mile drive away. Lake Martin is also known for great fishing and many hiking areas you can enjoy.

This little cabin was a labor of love for our family. It’s a mix of new remodel and old cabin authenticity. It’s a coat of many colors and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. My brother and I decided to take on a project together and with the help of our beloved spouses we took this little diamond in the rough to its current prime. We have plans to continue the vision and make more space, but for now, we’re ready to share our accomplishment with you.
