We are also within walking distance or a short drive to many local restaurants. Our little town is such a charm and they have so many activities throughout the year. Completely brand new remodel from dated ranch house to modern farmhouse. Situated in charming Gas City minutes outside of Iola, home of the country’s largest town square. With a town motto like “Don’t pass Gas, stop and stay awhile” please stop and stay awhile in this beautiful home. No smoking and no pets indoors. Pets disclosed to host prior to visit can stay in the fenced backyard as long as any waste is disposed of properly. Any pets that are not disclosed will forfeit the security deposit.

Great place for hunters to stay, or in the area for Family, Class Reunions, Activities around the area or just a quiet getaway. We have indoor and outdoor games, a movie selection, wildlife spotting's and a good country feel. We are handicapped Accessible. Our kitchen is fully functional with some of the main staples. You are 25 minutes from the nearest bigger town so you will want to plan your meals ahead and don't forget the charcoal. We also provide an Ironing board & Iron & Hair Dryer.

Relax with the family in our 100-year-old, single story, bungalow. We offer 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6. The interior is newly remodeled, including new central heat and air. We are still sprucing up the outside. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood while relaxing on the large cozy front porch. Our home is 3 blocks from the largest town square in the U.S. It is also a short bike ride from the Lehigh Portland Trails and the Prairie Spirit Trail State Park. Iola is the home of Allen Community College.

Cabin Chesini

Watch the stars through the skylights as you drift off in this modern loft cabin. Wake up on the water and enjoy a paddle board or do some fishing. Then jump on the Southwind rail trail for an invigorating ride. Cabin Chesini is located at Base Camp on the edge of Humboldt, KS. Base Camp is a full-service glampground at the trailhead to Kansas' extensive network of biking trails. Our modern cabins on the shore of the quarry pond provide one of the most sought-after getaways in Kansas.

The Hickory House

Quaint vintage, eclectic bungalow on brick street with private parking. Wifi, comfortable common spaces, a stocked kitchen, quality beds & linens. Home is situated only blocks from Ottawa University and downtown. University parents can easily walk to campus, downtown restaurants and shopping, and City Park. This was once my grandmothers home. The vintage décor leans towards " eclectic". The house has refinished floors, all new paint, plumbing, electrical and HVAC. No pets allowed.

Peacock Place

Peacock Place. This is a mid mod Paradise. Find woods with gold, yellow and blue accents adorn this beautiful little apartment. Everything is new and comfortable. One block to downtown Ottawa, lots of antique shopping and dinning. Worlds oldest still running movie theater is one block way. Enjoy a beer and bbq in the same block at Not Lost Brewery. In the morning the best little coffee shop in the state is also just one block to the north, Mug Shot Coffee. Look for it in the alley.
