En plein coeur de l'Andalousie, la maison se situe proche du village de Colmenar, au milieu des oliviers et des amandiers et à une demie-heure de Malaga. Il y a une toute petite piscine qui n'est pas faite pour nager mais pour se rafraîchir en cas de grosse chaleur (crème solaire interdite).

The house is located on the ground floor of the same house where the guests live, but the two parts of the house are separate. It is a 10-minute drive from Órgiva and is ideally situated for visiting the mountain villages. Please note that the house is not accessible by car as the village is pedestrianized. There is a parking area 50 meters away, and the street leading to the house is steep.

Perfect for those who want to enjoy the city centre while staying close to the sea. Just a short walk from the city's main attractions and the beach. Recently renovated, it features a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, along with a bedroom, bathroom and laundry room. The living area includes a 140x200 cm sofa bed. Modern, fully equipped kitchen and a sunny south-facing terrace. We follow a strict cleaning protocol.

Very beautifull apartament in the center town with nice private terrace. Perfectly situated on a quiet street by the Cervantes Theater and Plaza de la Merced, nex to everywhere. 15 minutes walking to the beach. We have just renewed the bathroom. Just to enjoy! Ask the posibility to rent a private parking near the apartment. Checkin after 22 h have an extra charge of 20€ at arrival. After 24 h it cost 40€.
