Charming Casa Capriola - Panoramic views

TobyRating, 5 stars6 months ago
We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

I loved my stay!! Myself and my dog stayed for 2 nights but we truly wish we had for longer. We felt right at home and we were so welcomed - great recommendations for where to go for food and were just wonderful people! Thank you so much and I hope to have the chance to visit again!

Lemonvilla - Panoramic position - Pool - 240sqm

ChristinaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

A top quality apartment with gorgeous furniture, beautifully designed kitchen and bathrooms and a view out to the main Piazza that can’t be beat! The perfect location for walking the city and directly next to fabulous restaurants.
A wine glass is held aloft, showcasing a deep red wine. The glass features the inscription 'Città del Vino,' symbolizing the region's wine heritage. Soft, twinkling lights are blurred in the background, creating a warm ambiance suggestive of an evening in a charming setting.

Pretty house in a village between hills and sea

LauraRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Lovely and very clean apartment. The lady who welcomed us was extremely friendly. On the kitchen table, we even found a bottle of red wine with two glasses. The village is very nice and welcoming. For us, it was a stopover, but we would have gladly stayed a few days.
A bright and airy living area features large windows allowing natural light to fill the space. Two comfortable sofas are arranged around a coffee table, with decorative plants visible outside. A soft area rug enhances the cozy ambiance.

Shabby chic house near the sea

AbjazRating, 5 stars9 months ago
The location is good you can go by car or on foot , (15 to 20 min) both to the beach and supermarket, restaurants and more, but keep in mind that at night you can hear the sound of the highway even if you have everything closed, the area is safe and quiet, the apartment is as the photos, it is spacious and inside everything is comfortable, you can cook without problem, also works the washing machine and washing dishes, the bathroom it has full shower but there is no bidet, the bed is not very hard but it makes a lot of noise when you move especially if you are heavy, there is no air conditioning and in hot weather it is definitely necessary especially in the terrace area, you can not use much that area because it does not have a mosquito and with the rain there are quite a few mosquitoes , there is a little humidity inside the house being ground floor, a little of ants in the kitchen, however we had a good time and Giuseppe was very friendly always responded quickly and I try to fix everything shortly.

Terrace of Offida

DeanRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Giorgio’s place was fantastic. His mom and dad greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property. He has everything inside to make you feel like you’re at home. The view is amazing from the patio which we ate our breakfast from everyday. The restaurants are a couple of minutes walk and the grocery store is about a 10 minute walk too. It is a very quiet location and being on the fourth floor it’s even better. There are 73 stairs to climb to get to the room, which will help burn a few calories after you’ve eaten a large meal from one of the restaurants nearby. Parking can be challenging if there is a function in the town. We had to park by the grocery store one night but it was not a problem. We had a great stay and hope to come again every year! Thank you for the great stay at your place in Offida Giorgio.
