This lovely non-smoking family private appartment in a quiet neighbourhood is ideal for a couple plus kids. We don’t rent this appartment to friend groups as it is more suitable for families (double bed & bunk bed). It offers a great base for seeing Amsterdam (15 min. by bus/metro) and the rest of The Netherlands. Situated on a city park in a trendy residential neigborhood (former shipyard area Nieuwendam) it sleeps 4 + a baby in 2 bedrooms. All private no shared spaces.

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

The studio is just 20 meters from the Spaarne river. The Droste Boulevard is a car-free zone and located on the former premises of the famous Droste Chocolate Factory. The house is best of both worlds - it's a private summer house next to a small organic farm, but it's modern. Located at the river Amstel, follow it hiking, cycling or by car and you end up in the historic centre of Amsterdam. Great for families and groups of friends. This 'quite' area is close to the quint village of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. You are renting the spacious private house with private entrance, free parking etc.

A small cottage in the center of Nieuwveen close to Amsterdam and Schiphol. The location is centrally located between other major cities, beach and Keukenhof. With the lake areas as close surroundings. Canoes and (electric)bicycles are available for free. Within walking distance (100 m) a supermarket, bistro/restaurant, café, small museum, snack bar and bus stop infront of our house. No dogs/no drugs.
