Μείναμε ενθουσιασμένοι,θα το επιλέγουμε πάντα αν είναι διαθέσιμο,ανεβαίνουμε Αθήνα ανά τρίμηνο περίπου για θέματα υγείας, ψώνια και επαγγελματικές υποχρεώσεις.

c’est la 5eme fois que je viens sur Athènes. j’ai déjà loué 5 appartements différents et j’attribue à Dritan ma meilleure note pour cet appartement très propre, très agréable, bien situé et très calme je conseille à Dritan de laisser quelques capsules de café et de thé avec du sucre à l’arrivée des locataires et un peu de gel douche sinon tout est parfait

I love this place, one of my favourite here on Airbnb. I spent 3 weeks there and I appreciate this opportunity. The location is simply perfect, vibrant district but on a peaceful street, many restaurants, shops, bakeries around and one minute from Metro station. You will reach Monastiraki in 10 minutes! The host was very helpful, always available ready to answer my questions and tell me more about practical life in Athens. And the flat itself was amazing, a lot of space, functional with a nice atmosphere - Netflix was a perfect bonus. Thank you for providing me such a beautiful home for this time while I was working in Athens!

Ο Στάθης είναι εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης πολύ επικοινωνιακός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει και να μας ενημερώσει σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε .Μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι από την φιλοξενία του ,το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο ,άνετο και σε μια πολύ ασφαλή τοποθεσία. Οι χώροι είναι ακριβώς όπως τις φωτογραφίες . Το σπίτι καινούργιο και πολύ κοντά στο Μετρό . Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα !!

The apartment has a nice energy, it was very clean and i liked the self check in/out. The bed could be better as well as the sound insulation, since neighbours from above can be heard clearly. However, it is noticeable that the host takes a lot of care to details and cleanliness.

El alojamiento de Dionisis fue, a todas luces, una de las mejores experiencias que hemos tenido en Airbnb. La calidez y empatía del anfitrión hicieron del alojamiento un lugar cálido para nuestra estadía. El departamento es enorme y cómodo para un viaje con amigos, con un exquisito sentido de la estética. Dionisis estuvo estuvo en cada uno de los detalles, incluso se ofreció a recibirnos el equipaje y adelantar el check-in porque uno de nosotros estaba descompuesto. El alojamiento está plagado de libros, obras de arte, la cocina está súper equipada, ¡nos dejó hasta jabón para el lavarropas y crema humectante para el cuerpo en el baño! Si venís a Atenas, este es el alojamiento perfecto.

Central location, spacious apartment and host very accommodating and responsive. Great to have a washing machine. The baked cookies and fresh fruit a bonus!

Had a lovely time in Athens with my Wife and our baby. We felt very comfortable in Fotis’ air bnb. It was exactly what we needed! It was very clean. Also, very good communication between Fotis and us. He recommended us some great restaurants and things to see/do. Only a 10/15 min walk from all the main attractions in Athens. Would 100% recommend come and stay again in the future!

Cet appartement est parfait pour rester quelques jours à Athènes. Situé à Thissio, qui est à la fois un quartier calme, doté de restaurants vraiment sympa, et où on a tout sous la main. Le métro vous emmène jusqu'au Pirée si besoin et à 10 minutes, vous pouvez allez à la station Monastraki à pieds pour rejoindre l'aéroport. Je recommande vraiment : l'appartement est nickel, confortable, la rue est calme (et c'est un sujet à Athènes :)) et Oresti s'est montré très aidant sur tous les sujets. Bref, réservez sans hésiter.

It is located in a lovely peaceful and safe area that is 10 minutes walk to the Agora, so close by to all the action of Athens. There is a fantastic baker 20 seconds from the apartment and also a great supermarket so everything is close by. The apartment itself is on the 5th floor (top floor). There is a very small lift that we were initially nervous to use but we overcame our fear and ended up using it the whole time. The roof terrace is what makes this flat incredible with stunning view across Athens to the hills beyond and then the other way to the Acropolis which is really impressive.The living space itself is clean and functional and perfect for the two of us. We loved the view so much we had supper on the terrace a couple of nights so we could watch the sun setting. The terrace is solely for the flat. The neighbour has the view I guess towards the sea but it is very separate so each space feels very private. Yoita was excellent at communication from the getgo

El departamento es aun mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos, esta equipado con todo lo necesario, nos dejaron café, azúcar, sal, aceite, jabon para el lavaplatos y la ropa, la verdad que excelente! Solo no se olviden de prender el agua caliente cuando lleguen porque tarda unos 45min en calentar, pero una vez que arranca hay agua caliente suficiente para bañarse 2 personas sin problema. Definitivamente alquilaremos de nuevo si volvemos a Atenas. Muchas gracias!

This was our second time staying at Monika's flat in Peania, and once again we were extremely satisfied. The apartment is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. It's the perfect place to start or end your trip, being so close to the airport. Just around the corner is a lovely square where you can enjoy a drink or a bite to eat. We especially recommend Taverna Chouneri for a great meal – the seafood is excellent!

Estuvimos de viaje con una amiga y ambas coincidimos en que sin dudas volveríamos a este lugar. No tenemos palabras suficientes para agradecer a Manos, esposo de Evangelina, por su amabilidad y generosidad. Todo el tiempo estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades y dispuesto a ayudar. Super amigable, respondió siempre rápidamente, nos mandó información, y nos esperó para recibirnos aunque llegamos muy tarde. El departamento está súper bien ubicado, cerca de todas las atracciones. El barrio es tranquilo y muy lindo. Además, el departamento tenía de todo lo que uno puede necesitar y más! Distintos tipos de café y tés, azúcar, aceite, etc, etc.., y hasta montones de botellas de agua en la heladera, vino griego y chocolate!!! . En el baño había un surtido de shampues, cremas, desodorantes, etc etc. , imposible enumerar todo. También tenía Lavarropas y jabón así que pudimos lavar la ropa. Realmente nos sentimos como en casa y quedamos más que agradecidas. Y el precio estaba muy bien. Super! !

An incredible oasis in the heart of a hip neighborhood in Athens. Great food, accessible to other parts of the city, very walkable, and the apartment is GORGEOUS. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on, and the pool is *chef's kiss*

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Athens! From the moment we arrived, our host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She struck the perfect balance of being available whenever we needed help, yet always respecting our privacy, something we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was stunning, tastefully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, which we had the pleasure of enjoying throughout our stay. It felt like our own little oasis in the city. Another thoughtful touch was the welcome basket, such attention to detail! It was clear that a lot of care and consideration went into making our stay special. And a special thank you to our host for being so patient and kind when we (more than once!) forgot our keys. She never made us feel like a burden and always helped with a smile. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend it highly enough ❤️

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. It was much larger than expected and I wish we could have stayed longer. The private courtyard and outdoor dining area provided a great sanctuary from the busy city at the end of a long day. The furnishings and decor were very nice, new and well designed, we were extremely comfortable. The location was great with everything the old city in walking distance but also just outside the super busy tourist area, felt more like a local neighborhood with lots of younger residents and businesses. Our favorite part was the restaurant run by the owners a few blocks away. It was FANTASTIC and possibly our best meal in Greece, already trying to recreate the baby potatoes.

Very cool and very nice place

Prefect location. Walkable to all sights and attractions. Streets are busy but like any large city it is the best and easiest way to get around. The apartment was amazing. Balcony pictures on listing do not do any justice to standing outside or in jacuzzi. Tax and yannis were extremely Helpful assisting with rides to and from the port/airport as well as tons of local recommendations!

Great apartment, very clean. Swimming pool and terrace were a nice touch. Some slight confusion with check in and scheduled maintenance however the situation was resolved quickly with efficient communication. Would choose to stay again if I'm back in Athens.
