I had the pleasure of staying in Ilka's apartment and my experience was fantastic. The location is perfect, close to several shops. But the strength is because it is above a bakery that works from 6 am to 9:30 pm, which makes the stay much easier. The apartment is impeccably clean, with fresh linens and bathrooms. The kitchen is very well-equipped, the living room is large and the bedrooms are large and have double beds. A special highlight goes to the host's private library. In addition, for those visiting for work, the apartment has two very spacious office desks. The Host, Ilka, was extremely cordial and always ready to respond to our requests. The cleaning lady Rose welcomed us very well and was very helpful during our stay. Thank you Ilka and Rose.

Poliana was extremely attentive and friendly since the first message exchange, and in person it was even more. He gave us great tips regarding the tours and was always available, since he lives in the apartment next door. As for the apt itself, it is very spacious, airy, with two balconies, comfortable beds, and very clean. The location is excellent, on one of the main avenues, and although there is no garage, it is on top of a commercial point with cameras and in front of a gas station that has surveillance, so we leave the car on the street with some tranquility. We highly recommend Poliana's place and plan to return soon.

The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, the host responds quickly, the furniture is new and check-in and check-out are flexible and easy to perform. The value is very good, offering great cost-benefit. The accommodation is right in the center of the city, close to everything. Above the apartment is the host's own restaurant, making meals easy. The only thing that could improve is the water flow in the shower, otherwise everything is fine.
