We will be very happy to be to host you in a studio with a warm atmosphere in the historic center of Preveza, ideal location for wandering around on foot at any time! An actual 3-minute walk from the market, Androutsos square, the port and all the cafes, bars and taverns! You can go everywhere on foot without worrying about noise during the night hours. Free public parking is in within 30 meters from the studio. Also the bus stop to the ionian beached "Palio Ktel" is in 150 meters distance.

Though it is located a short scroll away from Kioni port, one of the most popular and beautiful ports of the Ionian, a short walk away the other side, you will find yourself in a rural area, where farmers keep their animals and harvest the land with olive trees. It is a controversy, but this is where two contradicting lifestyles meet. A warm welcome is awaiting you, with top quality products, gifts of the Ithacan land.

Welcome Home

"Welcome home" is a studio situated in the new part of the town, in the wider area of the Leukadian olive grove. It is just a ten minute walk from the historic centre of the town where one can find many restaurants, bars and shops along the pedestrian road of the marketplace. At the same time, it is only a short drive (about five minutes) from the wetland of the lagoon, and the beaches of Agios Ioannis, Gyra and Kastro. The route is also pleasant by bike.

Ionian Blue Studio

A studio apartment with a view of the Ionian Sea, just 2 km from the historic centre of Preveza. The apartment features a large double bed, a sofa bed (sleeping area 130*190 cm), and a fully equipped kitchen. The seaside area of Pantokratoras is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Preveza, with a lovely beach right below the apartment, as well as several others within less than 1 km. It can also be combined with the Ionian Blue Apartment.

It is located in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance from the city center. Azul Studio Preveza

Azul Studio is the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy the wonderful Preveza and the surroundings. It is situated in the historical center of Preveza, 5 minutes walk to the Port and 10 minutes walk to the closest beach. In the close area you can find really good coffee, great bakery, pharmacy, shops and a supermarket 5 minutes walk from the studio. It is a great place to stay if you want to enjoy the city by foot.
