The Seed Pod

The Seed Pod, This is a typical farm house located under a well established canopy of giant thorn trees old gnarled lead-wood and has a stunning view of the southern side of the Marakele National Park Mountains. Around the house there are numerous animals such as Nyala, Sable and Impala not to mention all the bird life. We have a caterer available should you wish someone to cook for you on your behalf. Just bring your own food. R450 extra per day in cash. Booking well in advance is essential

The Two Wild Olives-Shumba Self-Catering Unit

Shumba is an "African feel" garden cottage that is ideal for a family. It is a two bedroom, two bathroom(ensuite bathrooms) with a fully equipped kitchen and a small lounge. (It can accommodate 6 people :4 adults and 2 children) Bed Set-up: 2 x Kings OR 1 King + 2 singles OR 4 x singles(bedroom) + 2 x Single sleeper couches in lounge *Only 1 parking bay per unit. We are ideally situated 6km from Pilanesberg National Park and are only a 20km away from Sun City Casino and Entertainment Center.

Bushbabies Nest at Luara Wildlife

The Bushbabies' Nest was created for guests to have an 'under the stars' lodging experience in the bushveld. This adventurous and eco friendly accommodation consists of a 6 meter-high wooden structure. On the ground level you can find a 'bush kitchen' facility, the bathroom and also an outdoor barbeque area and a splash pool that has a spectacular view of wildlife that graze upon the savannah. 1st floor consists of a luxury tent and and the top level is where you can lay and admire the stars!

Rhino Garden Cottage - Shelley's Sleepover

This cozy self-catering cottage, only 6k from Pilanesberg, is ideal for a small family. It has a beautiful view overlooking the swimming pool and the Pilanesberg mountains. The unit has a comfortable king size bed and a large bunk bed. It is equipped with emergency lights, a gas stove and a gas geyser to make your stay more comfortable during load shedding hours. A covered BBQ/braai area outside the cottage is yours to enjoy. Covered and secure parking is provided right next to the cottage.

Fully solar, off grid. 4x4 required for rainy months, as the farm roads can get extremely muddy.

If you are a nature lover and feel you need a rest from the hustle and bustle. If getting in touch with your surroundings and back to basics is paramount? Then this is the place for you. Three rooms, one of which is a family room . Nice big tub in bathroom to soak away all your worries. Genuine rail road Rhodesian teak bar overlooking the animals over the porch. At night you light up a fire to set the therapeutic ambiance of the fire dancing into motion. You will not want to leave.

Matopos Cabin

Matopos is a rock & wood cabin in a wild syringa forest located on Grootfontein Private Nature Reserve. Guests can unwind in the wood-fired hot tub while enjoying mountain views or gather around the fire for a braai under the stars. This 2-bedroom unit boasts en-suite bathrooms, an open-plan kitchenette, a dining area, lounge area & braai facilities. OFF THE GRID Our units make use of solar power. Aloe Lodge is an off-the-grid unit tucked between 2 rocky hills located on Grootfontein Private Nature Reserve. The lodge can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed and featuring an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. Guests can unwind in the private splash pool while enjoying mountain views or enjoy stargazing from the cargo net. Warm water is provided via a gas geyser, and Wi-Fi is available for guests’ convenience.

Klipsand Tentcamp is nestled at the foot of the majestic Waterberg mountains and the Marakele National Park in the Thabazimbi bushveld. Lots of free roaming game, abundant birdlife and an expansive night sky makes this a nature lover’s delight. This is the ideal getaway from the noise of the city. Come and relax around the splash pool and outdoor fireplace, or take leisurely walks on the farm. The farm is situated in the UNESCO protected Waterberg biosphere.
