The small roof blends in with the neighborhood's appearance, while the metal facade creates a vivid contrast with its surroundings. At the same time, the concept of "co-housing" combines independent units that ensure privacy with a central garden that encourages interaction between residents. My house is located just 15 mins walking distance from JR Osaka Sta. The closest stations are Nakatsu Subway Sta. and Nakatsu Hankyu Sta. It is located in a quiet and local neighborhood; a perfect location for those who wants to base in Osaka and visit Kyoto, Nara and Kobe. Also, it is a space for those who appreciates art, interior design and architectures. The room is a Ｇuest Ｈouse opened(started) in March, 2017 which refurbished apartment. It is a private room. Ideal for family members and friends. Of course available also welcome in one person! It is a 2-minute walk from the nearest station (JR Fukushima Station, JR Shin-fukushima Station, Hanshin Train Fukushima Station) to your room, and you can go to Osaka station at 1 stop(station). You can also go to USJ at 3 stops so it is very accessible! We have a security camera installed.

I would be happy if you could enjoy indirect lighting and other lighting as well. The bed and some types of pillows are comfortable and the bed sheets are silky satin. And home appliances are the latest and functional. Reception hours are 9:00-21:00 Japan time.

Our room is located in Yao Osaka prefecture. It's a quite and safe place where there are lots of families in the neighborhood. It's between Kintetsu-Yao and Kawachi-Yamamoto station. It takes about 15minutes on foot from both of the stations. There are lots of restaurants and shopping malls near the station. Our room is modern Japanese style, and Host lives next door.
