In the kitchen use the fridge, microwave, washing machine (once a week if your stay lasts 7days or more), kettle. You get keys for the front door and your room.

A cosy bedroom on the first floor of our home with a private bathroom (not en suite), with shower and access to our kitchen, self-serve breakfast included. Short walk to railway and bus stations giving great access to the City Centre (10 minutes by train). Lidl 2 mins walk. 16min drive to Birmingham Airport. Short walk to Acocks Green Village Centre with a wide range of shops and restaurants. Please note we have a toddler born in April 2022 so cannot guarantee a completely quiet night!

Conveniently situated: - Bus 11 to Queen Elizabeth Hospital/ Kings Heath - 5 mins walk to Bournville train station (2 stops from Birmingham University, 5 stop from Birmingham New Street), - 5 mins walk to Cadbury World - 2 mins walk to local shops and buses to Birmingham city centre (45, 47) and Solihull (49). Parking is free on our road, however it can be a very busy area, we cannot guarantee parking outside the house.

It's easy to get to by car and public transport. My spare room is upstairs, and right next to the shared bathroom. You are also welcome to use the kitchen, living room, garden and piano during your stay. If there's anything you need, just ask and I'll do my best to help.
