It's perfect for going shopping. You won't have luxury, but it's comfortable and you can cook, bathe and sleep peacefully. The shopping is 3 blocks away. It's excellent

The apartment was spotless, very clean and beautiful. I had everything I needed. I had a little problem with the toilet that had a water leak, but I spoke like Leopoldina and resolved it on the next business day. Only the location that is not very good. There is a restaurant next door and some shops nearby, but if you need something you only find in a big market and don't have a car, you have to walk at least 2 kilometers with some hills along the way.

Arturo and Romina were both very helpful and always available when you needed something from them. I loved the stay and would come back any time:)

Great value for money! Simple apartment, but super cozy! It was the first time we stayed in Paraguay and it was super peaceful. The bed linen smelled super fresh and everything was very clean. Fanny also left water in the fridge, which helped a lot because we arrived around midnight. The only observation I leave is about a rooster 🐔 from the front neighbor who sings from 4:20 in the morning until about 7:00 a.m. haha, but nothing that earplugs can't solve. We enjoyed the stay very much and would definitely come back again! Super recommended ❤️

The apartment is amazing, the service was very good, everything is the same as in the photos, super easy to get to, the building does not have parking but the hosts offer parking and you can even leave your car in front of the building.

Second time in this apartment and there will be a third. Everything excellent.
